His crew did an outstanding job on our roof and were very thorough in the clean up of debris off the roof. It’s been about two years now and my roof is holding up just fine..

Duan Gribnitz @ CT Bates Inc did an amazing job from start to finish, very professional and on top of project from start to finish. Within an hour after my initial phone call, Duan was tarping exposed wood on the roof to ensure there was no further damage. In less than a week, the insurance carrier approved the claim and the only steps left were to pick out the shingles and schedule the installation. The team was early, on time, and thorough. The old roof on the house was removed and the new roof installed the same day. The roof looks fantastic!!!

Duan Gribnitz @CT Bates Inc. did an outstanding job. He performed a thorough examination of our roof and inside our home for any possible leaks. He took the time to explain what to expect and was there every step of the way. He got the claims process going and was there before the adjuster arrived. We had excellent communication through the entire process, he even assisted in the selection of the perfect color for our roof.His crew was fast, efficient and did high-quality work. They arrived early, protected our belongings outside and surpassed my expectations in the final cleanup. I highly recommend this company to everyone.

I can't believe that I actually have a new roof and it's all thanks to Duan and CT Bates! My roof was old and damaged. I had filed insurance claims on two previous occasions with different contractors, both times I was told I had a claim for wind and hail damage but both times the insurance co. denied the claims. Three weeks ago, Duan did a cold-call at my home and asked if I was interested in getting the roof replaced. I told him about the two failed attempts and he assured me he knew how to work with the various insurance companies and he would fight to get the job approved. I had nothing to lose so I gave him the go ahead ( I was not expecting it to be approved). Within a week my claim was filed and denied with the excuse being the damage was due to the age of the roof. Well Duan was true to his word, he immediately responded to the insurance co. and dealt with them directly - I was not involved at all. 14 days later the roof replacement was approved!!! Six days after that their 12-person roofing crew arrived at my home at 6:30 a.m. and by 4:30 p.m. I had a brand new roof! If anyone would have told me on September 25th - the day I met Duan, that less than 4 weeks later I would have a new roof I would have said no way. The crew did a wonderful job with the installation and cleaned up perfectly. I highly recommend Duan, he has been great. He's is personable, professional, patient in explaining the process and knows the business. Best of all, he can get you approved!

I highly recommended Chris Bates. I had wind damage to my roof. First contractor came out and looked, we filed a claim, then he dropped off the planet. Had to start a new claim and I called Chris. It took less than a week for the entire process to be done through my claim and all the work done. They even repainted my ceilings!
