I am so thankful CSM was recommended to me. Jason came out very quickly. He went over our options, placement, discussed the process, and answered all our questions. I was happy with the quote and he left with me feeling comfortable with my decision - which is unusual because I'm always worried and second guessing myself. The crew came out a few weeks later, got the entire thing done in one day! They were fantastic, and their work looks perfect. Another employee came out, double checked that everything was working as expected and gave us instructions on how everything works, down to the controller and what all the buttons did. The office also called me and let me know that the warrantees for all four units have been filed and they were sending me a copy. Communication was excellent through the whole process. They really have it together. I would feel 100% comfortable recommending CSM to family and friends.

They installed my new heatpump and furnace for me. I Unfortunately had a few issues because of the age of my home. Another company had to take care of some water damage before CSM could complete work for me. I also needed extra electrical work done (very old home.) Which they took care of at an extremely low cost to me. I know this as I am thorough and got 3 estimates. The entire crew and company have been, professional, they have committed to doing their very best even in difficult circumstances and with my time consuming projects. I have complete confidence they do so for everyone.

Very satisfied with the service and professionalism all the workers showed, very polite and well mannered and hard working, these guys showed up early to remove an old propane system and install a new electric heating and cooling system, job was completed before end of the day, they cleaned up and disposed of old system and took the time to walk us though the complete understanding of how to new system works and all they had done, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone seeking thier type of services.

Verry impressed with CSM service and product! We sent a request for contact after we watched the City of Olympia webcast on incentives for transitioning to electric heat pump. Seth met us at the house and gave us thorough overview of the best plan for our house (ductless multi-unit installation). Over the next few days, he answered our additional questions, and we decided to have CSM install the system. Office staff were a pleasure to work with, communication was exceptional. The install took one day with Zach coming back the following day to activate the system and explain how to operate. The team was great. We live in a 50-yr old two story and there were a few problems to solve. They collaborated with us every step of the way. And now we are enjoying a more efficient, comfortable climate control. Looking forward to the hot days of summer when we can benefit from a whole house temperature control rather than noisy window ac units, which we have to remove in the winter. Thank you CSM. My furnace/heat pump failed completely and it was only 14 months old. Michael, the tech, paid a service call and it seemed the repair would cost $800-1000. I explained to Bobbie that I was a senior on a fixed income and would just use the space heaters til I could afford the repair. Not five minutes later she called back and said it was so new that they would do the repair at no cost. I was blown away at the kindness shown! I’m nice and toasty now!!

I was referred to CSM as I was interested in a re-roof and a new mini split. CSM was very prompt in both departments in getting a formal estimate. We decided to take advantage of the discount offered if we bundled both the roof and the mini split. Both crews were amazing, did an outstanding job, they acted very professionally and left the property with a great clean up. Thanks to CSM and I would refer them to anyone needing a roof or heating installed!

We had a great experience with CSM for a new furnace, heat pump and wall units. Our new heating/cooling system is AMAZING. They were super easy and friendly to work with. We have a pretty old house and they took care with all of its quirks. I would highly recommend them.

Great & professional service from beginning to end! Seth did a great job of explaining all options that would work best for our house, provided detailed quotes for each option, and included rebates that were offered by our energy company. The installation team worked fast & efficiently to get our new unit installed in one day, and remained very clean throughout the day. At the end they walked me through and explained everything about the unit very thoroughly. Would highly recommend this company!

Seth was very thorough and professional in his walkthrough and during the financing process. I was provided multiple options for install, and very attractive options for financing. The installation crew was equally professional and had my old stuff replaced with the new, efficient system in a day. Will definitely be referring CSM to friends and family, and use them personally for any future HVAC needs!

Only reason for the 2 star is because the instalation team was awesome, friendly and got the work done as clean and fast as possible very happy with them. The sales staff are worse then a car salesman and have no communication skills at all even amongst their own coworkers. I got lots and lots of run around about my bill and a 2nd hand thermostat from 10+years ago because of the salesman not talking to his crew and them being miss guided. Will definitely be taking my remaining business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and work ethic of CMC Heating and Cooling, and they were very time efficient. Jason Maes was positive and explained how the project would go, and the job went very smoothly just like he said. He answered all of my questions and that gave me confidence that he could do the job. The ductless pump is working perfectly. I would and will recommend CSM to all who needs to install a ductless system. Very satisfied with CMC.

They replaced our old natural gas furnace and installed an electric heat pump efficiently. We didn’t have to do anything except say thank you. Permits were pulled and inspections were done by the city. Exactly what an above the board company should do. Now we are enjoying both our AC and our lower bill.

The communication was excellent all the way through the process. Sales, office staff, scheduling and installation crews were clear and respectful at each step. Jason, Morra, Lucas, Gary and Logan all did a great job handling our project. We appreciate the great customer service and look forward to CSM doing all our HVAC maintenance in the future.

Logan and David were my technicians today to install a ductless unit. Just wanted to share that they were amazing! Very professional and willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. CSM heating and roofing did an excellent job putting in my new heat pump and furnace. The gentleman who came were knowledgeable, very service oriented, and respectful of me and my home. CSM Heating and Cooling was great to work with. The gentlemen that came out to install my new furnace were kind, efficient and got the job done when they said they would. They answered all my questions and taught me how to change my filter and set my temperature settings. I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

The CSM service technicians are great, but the office and reception staff need to consider reviewing some of their expectations for professionalism. We had arrived home after being away for many weeks to find our heat was out on a late Friday afternoon. We called and reached the receptionist, but the scheduler would not answer the phone. By the time our call was answered, we were told it was too late for a service appointment and were forced to call the after-hours number for emergency jobs. The reason this review is still a four out of five is that the technician who came out was a great representative of the company. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew just what to do and fixed our heating issue. If there was a way to call him directly and avoid the scheduling staff, this company would have received five stars. Be warned. Get through the reception and scheduling process, and the work they do is great. Two and a half out of five stars for the office staff; five out of five stars for the technician.

CSM Heating Cooling & Roofing installed two heat pumps along with individual heads for both sides of my duplex. The process was very straight forward and it was wonderful having the AC just in time for this past summers hot days. They made sure I understood the installation process before construction started and listened to input I had about installation options. In the end the product has been fantastic both for cooling and heating and am very happy to not be using natural gas to heat the duplex anymore. They showed great communication skills before, during and after the installation. I would definitely hire them again!

We had these guys come out and replace our heat pump and also put a new roof on our house. They were professional courteous and quick. The whole process was streamlined and we are very satisfied with the work they did. I would highly recommend this company.

As a builder and GC I've been working with CSM for years. They are really great to work with and reasonable priced.

I recently had a heat pump installed in my home. Someone came out to give me an estimate and went over my options and the various features. I decided to move forward (I had already gotten other bids so I knew they were a good value), and they were able to get me scheduled for an appointment within a week. The crew was on time, fast, and efficient the day of the installation. They cleaned up after they were done so the house was left exactly as it was before they were there (except now I have a new heat pump!). They walked me through how everything works before they left. The invoice matched the original bid exactly, and I paid over the phone the following Monday.

They have been doing a lot of work helping me figure out the cost of my project and how to get the energy efficiency credits I need and more. I even scrapped one set of plans and started another and they stuck with me through it. You’re not going to find a better hvac, siding and roofing company in this area.

My AC went out during the hottest days of the year. CSM was on-site in 48 hrs to take a look. Jason and Seth determined the part that failed and instead of scheduling a tech to come out in a few days leaving me and my family sweltering, they ran and got the part and had my unit fixed in no time at all. I have also used CSM exclusively as a subcontractor with my general contractor business in Thurston County. If I could give this company 10 stars I would.
