American Mastercraft is an amazing group of people to get the job done! They are quick, reliable, and even the owner came out to check on the job while it was being done! All I can say is thank you, thank you, and thank you again! I 100% recommend them for all of your roofing and construction needs!

Lonny and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof, they were very affordable and prompt in their service. All the nails and tools were picked up and my area around my home was kept clean.
Looking forward to getting my house painted by these guys next!

American Master Craft installed a mini split. We called them to help out with our heating and cooling. The suggested the mini split to solve our HVAC issues. This is awesome, we are saving a ton of money and are way more comfortable.

My metal roof was leaking all over the place. I called American MasterCraft and they repaired my roof immediately and were onsite within 45 minutes on a weekend evening. My roof does not leak at all now. They did the work immediately without holding off for the insurance payout like the other roofing contractors.

I had rot on my porch and siding and American MasterCraft repaired it all with exterior rated wood and were super quick. The exterior paint is clean now and the skid resistant porch is safe with a great look. Good job guys!

American Master Craft Inc. did a great job on my tiny house. They built a exterior porch with a cover as well as exterior stain, exterior paint and metal roof. Excellent service, quality, and price. Great Craftsman, very professional, I highly recommend these guys. There entire team is great.

American Mastercraft did a professional job for me replacing water damaged drywall in my garage. Everything from getting the estimates for my insurance company to doing the actual work was done quickly and efficiently by American MasterCraft! They were a pleasure to work with.

The crews were hardworking and produced an outstanding product. From roof to flooring, new walls to plumbing, new windows to paint this house is a beauty. Had a boot randomly put on my car, although they weren’t the ones who got it off they were on top of it to make sure I had someone who could and they were extremely kind. If I ever have any problems with my car they will be the first people I go to because of their stellar customer service. Not only are they affordable but they are real people here to help people not just for the money which is rare out here. 10/10 would recommend!

Just had a 12' x 15' addition completed by them and we are very happy indeed. Their attention to detail and willingness to work with us made it all a very good experience. Great foreman and team too. Great contractors! We worked with Barry and Jonathan, and they made they were both professional and communicative. They were so knowledgeable about working with home insurance companies (we had no clue how to proceed with the claims process beyond contacting insurance). American Mastercraft made sure our insurance company had everything they needed and went above and beyond to maximize the amount covered by the claim, including paying for temporary housing while they were working on our home. Overall, the quality of the work has been excellent. We had to contact them a couple times to get some final touches completed, but Barry and Jonathan were quick to get workers back in to fix the items. Most of the issues were with the paint- the flooring was done quickly and expertly. We were very impressed and grateful they kept to the expected timeline of finishing the work within 5 weeks. We now have a home with brand new flooring throughout the entire house and all the walls have been patched and painted. We feel like we are in a brand new house! We would choose American Mastercraft again in a heartbeat!

American Mastercraft did my plumbing and fixed my leak they did it in less than a day and I thought it was gonna take way longer than that the professionalism and the customer service for some of the best I’ve ever had

These guys did an amazing job. Very friendly workers and Barry is a great gentleman to work with. I will be recommending them to my family, friends and neighbors for sure.

Barry was very easy to work with and willing to make changes as the job progressed. They put in a 40'x20' patio, stamped and stained to look like wood planking. Great results. They did a great job painting the house and was very quick. Also, installed a fence across the back yard.

Edit as of 2/27/24 Two very professional and talented contractors were sent to my home to correct ALL issues outlined in my previous reviews. They were communicative, thoughtful and did excellent work. My soffit was completely redone and the paint on my home was touched up. I really appreciate American Mastercraft’s willingness to go above and beyond to make this right.

Edit as of 1/25/24, our soffit is beginning to buckle and come down. Photos added. I tried contacting the company by phone and email with no response. Also, for the record, Barry did not try to contact me as he states in his response to my original post. I checked my junk mail, missed calls and all emails. Nothing.

Do not use this company for painting. We had three large home projects done by this company. A new roof (excellent work), exterior paint, tongue and groove soffit installation (good work) and staining on the soffit. The painter assigned to our house was less than ideal. 1. He was never on time. We never knew when he was going to show up or how late he would stay. Some of the other issues were: He did everything halfway and rushed. He left litter around our property. He poured paint onto my landscaping. When I found out the same person would be staining our new soffit I was leary. The stain I picked was not working with the type of wood that was installed. He didn’t know how to make it work even though this is the stain they said they could work with in the quote. I asked what he suggested and he said shark skin by rhodda. I did not want an opaque stain but he insisted it would give me the look I wanted. I decided to take the “expert” opinion and said ok let’s TRY it. Next thing I know, I go outside to check progress and my entire soffit is covered in an opaque vomit colored stain. They said they would strip it to remove it without damaging the new wood. They proceeded to pressure wash it off without covering my newly painted walls or windows. I ended up with solid stain plastered on my new paint job. It will not come off and will need to be repainted. The soffit is damaged and the wood is eaten up from the pressure wash. Here are some photos of the damage as well as the stuff they left laying around for several hours one night after they were “finished.” They came back at 10 pm (unannounced) to collect most of it. Who does that!?

It was a pleasure working with Tom and the American Mastercraft crew! I recently renovated both units in a duplex and American Mastercraft helped with many of the projects including new roofing, ceiling and wall texturing, painting, flooring, bathroom and backsplash tiling, electrical and plumbing projects. The work was done as expected and with high quality workmanship. Any issues or changes needed were handled quickly and efficiently. Tom always kept me informed of progress and scheduling. Communication with Tom was easy and he was very responsive to my questions, requests for estimates and offered advice when I asked. We initially started out with just a few projects but as we developed a great working relationship and their knowledge and quality of work was demonstrated, I expanded the project scope to include the majority of the renovation work. We hired American Mastercraft to reroof our home as well as paint the exterior. We worked with Tom from beginning to end and had an excellent experience! He was a great communicator as we were working with some weather challenges. The roofing crew was fast and did a very nice job with the roof and the new skylights. They also did a great job cleaning up the job site each at the end of each day. The exterior paint job was incredible! Hard to know if that little swatch is going to look like you hope when it is done...it turned out to be even better than we envisioned! The attention to detail on all of our trim and painted cedar shakes was perfection! I cannot say enough about the excellent work that Mike and Adam did painting our home. American Mastercraft is a one stop shop that is incredibly professional and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone considering making home improvements. We also cannot say enough about Tom. He is a true professional! He really listened to our vision and gave great insight and suggestions that we utilized. They did a good job repairing water damage to my home. The worked well with the insurance company to get everything paid for. They even did a few small extra jobs around the house for no charge.

I am so grateful to Tom, who helped me get up and running with Frank and his team of painters. From the beginning Tom was incredibly professional and took the time to not only learn what work we needed done, but listen and advise as we decided what type, color, and brand of paint to use. He procured samples, met and helped us choose paint. He was responsive to my texts and calls, prompt when we met, and so easy and nice to work with. Scheduling was swift, and he was concious of our short timeline to paint prior to moving into our new home, assembled a team and made it happen.

Tom introduced Frank and his team the morning
of the job and they too were on time and jumped immediately into action. They started at 8am and didn’t leave until 6pm on both nights, only stopping for lunch. They were diligent, meticulous, and when things went off course, they figured out a solution quickly amd kept pushing on. Our house is 3500 square feet and every room was a different, dark, vibrant color, and we went to white and light grey. It took several coats and patience to paint water-based paint over oil, not to mention regulating temperature to ensure it dried quickly. They were total work horses and took pride in their work which meant so much to us. At the end of the job they carefully went back through the entire house looking for places to touch up trim and clean. They never rushed and ensure everything was done to perfection.

The house looks amazing! This is our first house and working with Tom, Frank and his team made this experience one that we will cherish forever. We are in and the house feels like home thanks to them!

It was a pleasure to work with Lonny, Tom, Victor & John on my interior painting project. We had them paint a two-story room (which they color matched for us), stairwell + railing & banister, 2 bedrooms upstairs, all door frames upstairs & some additional trim.

I used American Mastercraft to have the exterior of my house painted and was so pleased with the quality of work performed. I believe I had a nice working relationship with this company. Someone was always available when I needed either phone, email or they would come to the house. The painter and his apprentice were very careful to cover plants, windows and cleaned everything up when they left. I would highly recommend American Mastercraft.

Lonny was very helpful in getting our project started. We had been having so much trouble getting someone out here to pour a concrete sidewalk durning COVID-19. Lonny helped set it up and even called afterwards to confirm the job was done to our liking.

Isaiah came to set up the forms, pour the concrete, and finish it. He was very professional and kept me informed all through the process. It was done in a timely manner too which is a HUGE bonus!

I had never had the exterior of my home painted before, so I called almost a dozen places to get quotes and ask questions about the process. I wanted to make sure I knew what I was getting and get the best value possible. American Mastercraft exceeded all of my expectations. They outbid all of the other companies (the companies with the fanciest trucks and logos charged almost twice as much!). They did a beautiful job painting our home. They were fast, friendly, hard working, professional and did high quality work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

We absolutely love the exterior paint job on our home! We got four bids and decided to go with Lonny from American Mastercraft and cannot be happier with the entire process. One of the paint companies that came out to bid was highly rated with tons of reviews. Seemed very knowledgeable but man were their prices higher than the rest. The second highest bid was also a well rated company and one was a newer company with five years experience. The crew that Lonny sent out to paint have been working together for 20 years and it showed. These guys were like paint ninjas. I was absolutely blown away that they prepped and painted our entire house in less than a day and it turned out as great as it did. We like to get the best value for our hard earned dollars and feel strongly that Lonny from American Mastercraft gave us just that with our now beautiful home. Thank you!

So glad I went with my intuition and hired them to paint the exterior of my 17 yr old house. Lonnie called me promptly and visited my property. He gave me a bid on the spot which I thought was very fair. He explained the extent of the job, scheduled pressure washing and his crew was in my house promptly at 9am. The project from start (first phone call) to finish (paint job done)was one week! The crew was very professional and cleaned up the job site. The paint job was excellent!
