I had a couple shingles that were propped up on my roof. Ryan did me a huge favor by coming out and looking at my roof for me in between jobs that he was already doing. He was able to update my roof to code for ice protection which wasn't done when the roof was initially installed. After the work was completed Ryan came back to examine the roof and ensure that proper cleanup was done. His crew was very efficient and courteous of my property. The CSF Exteriors Team are great! We had significant hail damage to our home from the hail storm and Ryan at CSF Exteriors stepped up and took care of everything for us. We had CSF complete roof repair after the straight line wind storms in 2024. We worked with Dart Mendolia and he was extremely on top of everything we needed help with. He worked with us and our insurance to help coordinate everything. He was always quick to help answer any questions we had. Mike Leuck and CFS Exteriors was recommended to me by my insurance broker. Mike had been out in 2022 and did not see enough damage to file a claim. This year he came back to do an inspection. He indicated that he felt there was enough damage from a hail storm in July to move forward with a claim. He came out to meet the claim adjuster and their contract inspector. We were able to file a claim and Mike was very instrumental in this process. He responded quickly to my phone calls and emails. He was professional throughout the entire process. Mike will be my first call if I need anything exterior on my house.

They did a great job on my roof, but the best part was how much they helped me with the insurance process when my insurance company tried to hit me with a super low estimate. They were right there with all of the necessary zoning and repair information to help set that situation straight, and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process even while I was moving out of the country, switching phone numbers, addresses etc. Their roofs are great, but so is their customer service.

Shout out to CSF Exteriors! Just had CSF replace our roof due to hail damage. Very professional! They have project managers, Michael and Dart worked closely with the insurance company in order to cover all repairs. CSF found things that the insurance adjuster missed, and we were able to get additional money on our claim to get those items repaired or replaced. After the work was completed, Dart came out and inspected everything with my husband. He also walked around with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. The work crew also picked up any trash in the yard.

CSF replaced vinyl siding on west side of my house and north side of garage. The job was completed within timeframe I was given at time of contract. High quality workmanship and materials. Very good communication with CSF. I would recommend them to others.

After getting the initial estimate from our insurance company, Ryan came out to inspect our roof and found things that were missed in the first inspection.

CSF worked directly with our insurance from that point on to make sure everything was right. They took time to explain information on the estimates and what they were seeing with our coverage.

During the roof replacement process Ryan came out to make sure the work was being completed properly and the repairs were on schedule.

After the work was complete a final walkthrough was done to check workmanship and to make sure the property was clean.

From the beginning, Tucker from CSF impressed me. Hail had damaged a large part of the exterior of my home. Tucker made sure he was at the house when the adjuster came. When we needed to meet in person for paperwork or to go over the work on the house, Tucker was willing to accommodate my work schedule and was on time. He handled communications with the insurance company, which made my life easier. The crew that did the work (roof, gutters, and siding) were at the house when I was told they would be there. They did a Great Job! and cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend them.

one of the reasons I reached out to this company was the 5 rating. Unfortunately, my experience was not a 5. A person by the name of Tucker, I believe was his name, reached out to me about taking a look at my project at 10:30. This was for my daughters house, so I had to take time out of my day to meet him there. To make a long story short. I was there, waited for 15 minutes past 10:30, sent a text. No response. No call, no text, no show. Bad example of business.

Cannot say enough good things about Ryan and his crew!! State Farm is now doing virtual everything and Ryan worked with them pointing out all damages that I didn't even notice. We were right in the path of the hail storm and had damages to the roof, facia, wraps and gutters. I had all three done within a couple of weeks. The workmanship on the wraps, especially on my front porch was amazing and makes my 120 year old house almost look new. They went above and beyond, even doing things that I didn't expect them to do including installing 11 new storm windows that I purchased. Ryan was there every step inspecting, cleaning up, and checking with me to insure that I was satisfied with the job being done. After our heavy hail storm in June of 22, my roof and siding looked like swiss cheese! Ryan from CSF came and gave me a bid after attending my meeting with the insurance adjustor.
He had his team on the job within 3 days of signing the contract! The roofing guys were fantastic on my extra steep and tall roof! The 99 degree days weren't helpful either! ( I actually overheard Ryan insisting one of the workers wear a hat up on the roof or he wouldn't let him up there! It means a lot to have a boss that looks out for safety!) Then the siding guys came and were followed by the gutter guys...ALL did an awesome job! He also came and did cleanup after it was done in case the guys missed any nails, etc! I am really happy with this company, and will DEFINITELY use them if needed in the future! Thank you Ryan!

Work was done on time and in one day. They had to remove an old solar panel from the roof (it was large!) and they cleaned up the mess efficiently with all debris cleaned up. Very satisfied.
