Carlos and his team are fantastic. They extended a floor to create a new room on our second floor (previously it was a room with cathedral ceiling). It involved getting architectural plans, permits, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and painting. They made the entire process so easy and the results were fantastic. Everything was done with such care. On top of that, they stuck to the budget and finished well ahead of schedule. I’d highly recommend them!

Carlos and his team are wonderful. We have absolutely loved working with them and continue to go back to them for additional projects on our home. They did all the painting inside and outside our home before we moved in as well as a re-do of the kitchen. Since then they have redone our deck and are about to begin a few smaller projects around the house including some built-ins and an updated laundry room. Carlos is so knowledgeable and thoughtful in his work - he’s attentive, responsive and really takes time to understand your wants and needs and the end result is beautiful work. We feel lucky we get to work with him and his team.

Carlos has completed several projects for us. He did a gut remodel on our basement; added and remodeled our upstairs bathrooms; and completed several other smaller projects around our house. In each situation, Carlos worked my wife to implement each of her designs. We couldn’t recommend him more for any home renovation project.

Recently, we replaced the furnace, HVAC compressor, hot water heater and put on a brand new deck in our back yard. Everything went amazingly smooth. Carlos was the upmost professional and very responsive to our questions and requests. We ended up adding on additional work at the end because he did such a great job with the initial contract. Without hesitation- I would recommend C&S to anyone looking to do any home improvement. He does it all and does it all very well!
