Manny and his team are very prompt, communicative & efficient. We’ve just bought a house and are doing a few things around the home to make it look and feel like our own. There was this brick accent wall in the living room that we’ve asked Manny and his team to knock down and they’ve done it with ease. We are very pleased with the turn out. They’ve listened to our requests and I will be working with them again in the future should we need anything else!

We hired Crystal Remodeling to fix our garage roof and door. All of our concerns were addressed and quality of work was great. Work done was reasonably priced and within our budget. We were also offered advice for other fixes needed to be made. Highly recommend their services!

Right now I’m going through a litigation process with this company . They charged me 15 thousand to expand my back yard and never evened it out . There are several things wrong in less than a year and this company refuses to fix because they thought it was just my mother . While remodeling the house I would check in and see chicken wing bones on the roof, cigarette buds and everything else I just reported them to the BBB because this is not what was in contract. For example they broke my sisters lamp she bought for my nephews and they took forever to fix it even though we was in contract. My backyard is still uneven , they added the fence and never came back. he won’t reply to my mother’s messages and we’re still under warranty . They have many problems the concreted over my pool and rather than fixing their problem they continue not to reply I would not recommend them to anyone unless your gonna be looking at getting lawyer or make sure your home and don’t leave your home unattended around them. Even our favorite worker which name will be disclosed left their company due to half half work. As you can see in the picture all the did was expand the fence and never level it also they cemented over the pvc by my pool and they are refusing to come fix it idk some people got lucky but be ware and make sure u notice if a company is offering u a years of warranty something is wrong. I’m losing water and have to wait to get my pipe fixed so please be ware of these con artist also they never put a completion date on the paper make sure they do that

Crystal remodeling is timely, understanding, professional and fair. They do not disappoint. Fair pricing, quality work and easy communication made them a great choice. We got our whole house renovated. My favorite is the bathroom and kitchen in my house. The remodeling was so quick and easy. Cabinets and counter tops look amazing. The team is flexible and try their best to accommodate to your desires. The clean up process was timely, with minimal material/trash sitting around. The workers are respectful and clean. Overall the quality of material used and clean efficient installation makes crystal remodeling a obvious easy choice. 10/10 would recommend to and have recommended to everyone I know.

I am so glad we chose Frank and all the folks from Crystal for our siding replacement in Brooklyn! Their quote was slightly more expensive but it was sooo worth it for the professionalism, speed, responsiveness, and quality of work. Every detail was attended to, including removing obsolete wires, hooking up our rain barrel, cleaning up — not to mention a great looking and functioning exterior to the house! It looks so much better. At one point we thought we might want to alter the plan based on what was discovered underneath the old siding. In the end we didn’t, but it says a lot that we did not feel shut down to have the conversation. I could imagine that being more difficult with a different contractor. Communication from Crystal was strong and all the crew members were clearly pros. Glad we followed the good and well-deserved reviews!

They provided excellent work, they were time efficient and budget manageable. All the workers were polite and hard workers. Me and my husband will be using them for all future renovations.

I needed someone to remove all the trees and cement my whole backyard (20 feet wide). My backyard was a total MESS, like a swamp/jungle with all the water when it rained. I live in the Bronx. It’s hard to find good contractors here. Let alone, having them come to work in the boro. I came across Crystal Remodeling from a cement project they did at my brother’s place in Queens. I was so impressed that I knew they were the ones I wanted to do my backyard.
They did exactly what I wanted. Including a circle with pavers for an extra look. It came out much better than I anticipated. I’m so meticulous that it’s hard to please me. But, I have to say they did an awesome job!
It took a lot of work. They did it in 2 days with a crew of 5. Their supervisor on site, Monu was great!
They would put in a FULL day. Here at 8 am until 6 or 7pm. They will not stop until the job is done.
Usually, homeowners would get stuck with some clean up. Not here, they left the place spotless. They removed and took all the garbage - swept and hose.
Also, I totally loved that they kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Making sure I was happy with everything. The project was completed last week. Manny and Monu are a awesome team with a tremendous crew.
