Apax were AWESOME! This remodel was a full gut job and rebuild of the inside of a 2br, 2bath condo. New Floors, kitchen, bathrooms, vents, sockets and switches, painting etc... Everything was completed on-time and on budget. The team exceeded my expectations to the very end of the project and fixed everything on my multiple checklists! They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up daily as required by our condo association. Thank you, Ali and team, for a great experience!

My mother had a leak in her basement. We contacted Apax Construction Group and they responded immediately. We found out that we had leaks near our foundation. Apax crew dug down sound 10 feet, sealed it, and completed the job in a couple of days. We also had our side steps and gutters replaced. Great job!

They replace my existing driveway. The guys did a fantastic job. Found them randomly through an internet search- very professional, quick bid turnaround and flexible with our needs. Showed up on the scheduled date and got the job done within the time they estimated. The crew was very personable and knowledgeable- it was a very easy to work with them and the end product turned out great. We poured two garage slabs and a walkway along the back of the house connecting them. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived and communicated the entire time with me throughout the process with pictures included. No stress, no issues, just honest workmanship and a high level of craftsmanship. Highly recommend to anyone in need of concrete work.

I used Apax Construction Group for a foundation pour for a detached garage and it turned out very well. Ali provided additional insights I did not consider and was very pleasant to communicate with, always showed up when they said they would. Everything was done as promised at a reasonable price and a few extras were added as discovered during the job and the crew cooperated without additional charges. They not only helped correct issues from a previous concrete contractor, they poured a new driveway and beautiful stamped front patio and steps. We worked with Ali, who done three jobs for us. The removal of an elevated concrete patio, the installation of 180 sq. ft. of concrete walkways, plus a 270 sq. ft. raised concrete patio with a decorative finish. Extremely well. Ali cleared and covered Huge yard full of weeds with ground cover and a it concrete sand mixture at an affordable price. It turned out great. He and his workers were helpful, professional, timely. I had gotten other estimates and his was the most reasonable. Our experience with Apax Construction was nothing short of fantastic!! Ali was great to work with and he not only provided us with a detailed estimate but also accommodated our request to change the initial estimate to include more square footage without any hesitation. Our work took 1.5 days to complete and the Apax Construction crews were early both days, the workers were incredibly friendly and happy to answer any questions, and we are contacted immediately after with follow-up care. I would not recommend a company if I was not a firm believer in their price, and their customer service. I truly believe anyone who chooses to work with Apax Construction will be more than happy.

Great company and service. I had a excellent experience with Ali and his team. They gave me the coolest turquoise stained concrete floors. I have gotten so many compliments. Ali initially recommended to go with something more traditional, but seemed excited when I wanted to try something more unique and funky. They came back and waxed the floors after the rest of the renovations were done and even covered the floors for me after the job was completed at no extra cost. I will definitely use them again in the future for concrete paver work.

I am extremely happy and satisfied with the attention to detail that Ali put towards building my dream home. I had a lot of work done by Apax; a new roof, both bathrooms, and my entire second floor stripped and redone. Despite his busy schedule with so many families doing renovations now with his company, he spent countless hours everyday making sure adequate progress was being made. He showed me and my husband so many models of the different styles of bathrooms, tiles, current styles/trends and was so patient with us as we sorted through different choices.
