I was extremely happy with the roof project that they performed.
There was a difficult part, with an deck overhang, that was attached to the existing roof. They were able to complete everything in a timely manner.

Cruz did an excellent job on my 30-year roof now being 18 years old. It's 2500 sqrft and has a fair number of irregularities. It's a two-story home, with ridge line 40 ft above grade, in a very high wind area.
When Cruz first came to my home to take a look, he seemed very thorough. Therefore, I didn't consider asking for other estimates because good quality work was the most important. In finding a lower bidder, perhaps I could have saved 10-20 % but likely to a lesser quality, and any savings would be a wash with emergency callouts and not to mention water leaks.
I was right because when Cruz started the work, I confirmed the thoroughness and therefore also asked him to do more than initially thought.
Another non-roofing company had just done some work on my home and in the process had damaged the roof. I also had two blown-off pieces of shingles. Cruz repaired all of the aforementioned and also did a very thorough inspection and repaired any findings. I also asked him to fix anything remotely suspicious as a preventative measure. He used up one bundle of shingles. He replaced the caps of the major ridge line and caulked the minor ones. They all had the small common cracks, typical for the age of the roof, but not penetrating or leaking cracks. Cruz estimated that my roof will hold for at least another three years. This was in line with the reasonable cost of the repair instead of justifying immediate replacement. Also, an unplanned replacement in the middle of the rainy winter wouldn’t have been the best deal. I'll certainly use Cruz again!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. The crews were so polite and conscientious it was unbelievable and we had some fun also :). I have an older mobile home which of course always has surprises franco, Juan and his crew knew exactly what to do to fix them. These guys are amazing!!!

Quality work at a great price. Cruz Roofing gave us a very competitive quote for a complete metal roof replacement. I suspected we had some rot, which Cruz found during the roof replacement and repaired at a very reasonable cost. The work crew was very work focused, professional, and courteous. We had some really strong rainfalls after the replacement - no leaks. We strongly recommend hiring Cruz Roofing if you want quality roof work at a good price.

-Of all the bids Franco took the most time & care to accurately measure and asses the roof & underlying structure and bid at a competitive price

-Quiet, professional family crew that works effectiently and supportively with each other

-Franco logistically is on top of what your needs are as circumstances arise. We knew we had the potential for extra work prior to getting bids because of some tree trimmer damage and potential rot. Franco photographed and gave us multiple options on how to proceed at a more than fair cost. He was able to immediately adjust crew size to meet whatever was needed for the day.

-Clean worksite and responsive workers

-quality work done quickly

-got hit with a strong storm system, so far so good and looks wonderful

I can highly recommend Cruz roofing. The quote was very competitive. We had our house and detached garage roofs replaced. We ended up needed to replace lots of sheeting, some fascia and soffits.
