Dissapointed on a few levels with this company. To begin with we were told by this company that they could do a 36x60 casement window. We were building new so we had contractor frame for this size window. 10 window openings were framed specifically for this size. When we called Crown to order we were told they could NOT do this size which meant we had to pay contractor extra to re do the rough window openings. Our order consisted of an initial 18 windows. The next order was to take 2 weeks and we ordered in early November. No windows. A month goes by and we were still waiting. 2 months come by and we waited...they never called. In the third month we called and surprise, our windows came in...and it was finally April. Then we noticed several of our casements would not close completely. A service person came and while repairing our 34x60 casements, he broke the glass on two and dropped one whole window on our new metal roof...denting and scratching it. After all of this, we call to get an estimate on more windows on October 2 2019 and they are to call us back. It's been two weeks......I think we will order our windows elsewhere. Not happy.

This place has the best WV MADE LOCAL Custom made windows! They also sell doors and metal roofing!! COME SEE FOR YOURSELF
