Crown Contracting has been an amazing business to work with. They did a new roof for one of our rental properties in record time, repairing what was under the roof as well for long lasting security. The work was done quick with high quality, and at a lower price than other quotes I shopped. Natalie in the office was wonderful to communicate with and Jason and his crew were also great with communication and very prompt and professional. We even had an internal office issue that they were very understanding of and worked with us to get it resolved. Crown contracting is definitely the first on my list for roofing. Crown Contracting was able to complete a roofing job in Monroe on a 3 story historical building when many other companies "no quoted" the job. I reviewed the job while in process and their workmanship was as expected, professional. Additionally, the office staff is easy to reach to answer questions. Overall, it was a very good experience working with Crown.

The completed the job quickly and efficiently! What a team! Everyone was friendly and courteous, and they did a great job cleaning up too, which is a huge job itself! Not only did I have them replace my house roof after a major storm. But years later ask them back out to do my garage. As always they were quick fast and did an excellent job. I love these guys and for my next project I will definitely call them. They gave an accurate quote stuck to it did all the work they promised and the time they promised to do it in. They used quality shingles with 30-year warranty. I'm so thankful and they did such a great job I have recommended some to friends and family. A pleasure to deal with. They came out and fixed our second story fascia which and pulled away from the house. Job was semi-urgent, they came out that day to give a quote and returned to do the job within 2 business days. A few weeks later the gutter needed slope adjusted, which they handled promptly at no extra charge. Very happy with Crown, highly recommend.

Had a leaking chimney with faulty pintucking and a broken top, was given a very fair quote and was one of the only companies who showed up to even give the quote. Walked us through all the photos and work needed to be done and explained everything for us. The work done was beautiful, the chimney looks brand new and the even repaired the flashing around the chimney.
Would hire again, professional and efficient, great work and cleaned up everything before they left!

Jason came out on the scheduled date and time and completed all the contracted work on my roof, chimney, vents and facia in one day. The communication from Jason and the back-end office was all top notch! I would definitely use Crown Contracting again for roof repairs and the list of work outlined on their website!

Very poor work to replace a rubber boot for vent cap on a 30 deg. roof. Had 4 guys show up 1 working and 3 watching. Rubber boot cost at most $25 bucks was charged $750 to replace due to water coming from the vent pipe around the boot. No issues with price as I didn't want to climb up on the roof. But , upon installation the roofer did not put any bead of caulk around the boot as I was watching to waterproof from rain. After installation after heavy rain I continued to get water coming via the boot and had to climb up the roof myself to make repairs. I fixed myself and now it has stop leaking. I should have done this from the start and save time and money.

Crown Contracting rebuilt crumbling brickwork under the slab porch on my 1955 ranch house, replaced a concrete step, replaced all my gutters, downspouts and leaf guards, and did brickwork repair and tuck pointing as necessary. Scheduling was prompt, the estimate was accurate, the crews were polite and easy to deal with. I’m very happy with the price and the quality of the work performed.

My wife called about five different companies to repair a broken chimney cap and replace some worn/cracked mortar. This company is literally the only one that communicated effectively and showed up to give us an estimate when they said they would. They emailed us a quote within 24 hours and had the job done within a week. Chimney looks much better and I’m sure Santa will appreciate it and leave us some extra coal in our stockings this year. There are some really unprofessional/scammy businesses out there doing this kind of work and this is not one of them. They are a great team. Thanks.

I set up an estimate for gutter cleaning nearly 3 weeks ago. They came to my house November 27th and conducted the inspection yet never called me with the estimate. I left a message 5 days ago and no one has returned my call. Tired of waiting and will take our business elsewhere.

Crown was a reference from a friend; we had them repair some of the interior and exterior of our chimney. They were quick and fit us into an open slot a week or two before it was scheduled, which we appreciated. They did a great job explaining the different options for repair, and had reasonable pricing. There was a little communication hiccup but in the end, we were happy with their service. We were glad to work with them.

Crown did a fantabulous job scheduling the work quickly, bringing out everything they needed to make the repairs on our gutter and window frames that the birds had made holes in. They even rehung the screen to our second floor window. They were polite and efficient. They provided service like a family owned business, not a large I want to sell you a new roof company. I needed some shingles replaced and they came out within a week from scheduling to the estimate to doing the work. Very happy with the work!

Absolute nightmare. They obviously took on way more than they could handle and the work is unsatisfactory and incomplete. I was promised it would be completed by Sept 27 and on November 10, it is still not done. I call and they send someone to the house, they work for half a day and then no one returns until I call and complain. They also left a 30 foot piece of gutter bent up in my yard along with hundreds of nails. I expected to find a few, but there were HUNDREDS. They promised they would come back with a magnet, and never did. I found one with my foot this morning, which finally prompted this review. Go find a different contractor, Crown is not worth the risk. I’ll update the review if they do anything to make up for there complete lack of professionalism and quality.

Very professional group of installers. Had an issue with the co. dropping off the roofing supplies...they crushed the driveway in areas. Karney came out and said if the supplier would not step up on the repairs, he would take care of it. Thankfully all came together and hopefully this will be repaired. Who steps up in this day and age and takes responsibility for their supplier....only Crown Contracting.

Had roof damage from bad wind storm. Called at 8:15 am, had someone at my house working to fix it by 8:45 am. Fixed all damage immediately, and for a fair price

Great company! We discovered serious wood rot this fall on the side of our house with major structural compromise. We got a quick response from Karney Derderian who promptly came to see the damage. He sent out carpenters to verify how the repair was to be done. Work was started with 10 days and completed in two days by 2 very competent and polite carpenters (Marcus was one). Clean up after the job was fabulous. Staff who took phone calls are very polite and helpful, with excellent follow through. Will definitely use them again.

I called them because I still have the warranty, Mr Karney came and starts giving me an excuses, I know he dosnt want to do it, he said the small room attached to my house maybe we didnt do it and the company dosnt have any paper, I showed him my papers, than he said you didnt request to put the flashing in that corner, I said I didnt ask you to use nails in the contract flashing is not to be requested ,, it is your job,,, so he kept saying excuses , shame ,, not honest company
