I seen a jeep online,got pre-approved. Went in on a Saturday and was in and out within maybe 1 hr and a half . I love my new used jeep.Second purchase with these guys. Very happy camper I must say.I highly recommend these guys.They have something for every price range.

Didn't buy a ride but went to parts on a hope and prayer they didn't have what I needed stuff out of production but they did find what I need and I have phone numbers

Was one of my clients, with zep chemicals. Everyone there is really nice, friendly,and wonts to please their customers and all are very professional,and as far as their SERVICE .... !. NO ONE IN THE BUSINESS CAN COME CLOSE!

Terrible service, I dropped my car off for service last Monday and 7 days later nothing. No communication about the status. I had to call 4 times and every time the response was the same. They think it's this or that, but they are not sure, the machinic has to check out more things. Finally today I tell them that I was coming there after work to pick my vehicle up and I explain my frustration. Now they tell me that they are so backed up and that because I didn't have an appointment that the were trying to get me in but it might take 2 weeks. Really??? Why not just tell me in the first place instead of lying to me saying they were working on it. I will never go there again and suggest if you want good customer service go somewhere else.

Drove 200 miles each way with check in hand to purchase vehicle. Had approved purchase order from dealership. Asked for vehicle to be detailed day before. Got there and saw tires weren't cleaned and armoralled. Went in and asked if that's the way they send out new vehicles. Salesman said they would do it while I signed papers. Manager/Owner told salesman not to sell it to me . Horrible experience especially with long drive. Found one nearer to home. Glad it happened but don't recommend this place at all. Customer is not right there I guess.

Took mt truck in cause it got stranded. Was told new lifters on 1 side. Paid 3300$ for repair. Got it home to find out the engine was gone. Gonna cost another$7000.
Reached out for some help on the bill, was told sorry.
Will not stand behind there diagnosis...

Haven't done any business with them but I do appreciate them leaving access to drive through and view their vehicles. Appears to have very reasonable prices and they have got some of the nicest pickups around.

I Highly recommend buying a vehicle here. They were very good to me and offered the best customer service. I plan on being a returning customer for sure.

Poor service. Nothing but excuses from them. Took 2 weeks to get my car in for warranty work.they have had it for 2 weeks and still have not started repairs. Told next week maybe.always an excuse when I call checking on it.cumputers are down shop manager not in etc. Don't waster your time or money here or woolwine ford.

Shame on these guys for taking advantage of two women (Mother and Daughter). Brought a car there (bought from there 8 or 10 years ago) because it was overheating. Told her it needs a thermostat. The women (not knowing that a thermostat only costs $21.00) told them to go ahead and fix it because they needed the car in a hurry because she uses it to go back and forth for her cancer treatments so she needs it fast. Later, when asked what the other $250 was for they said antifreeze and flushing. Then that didn't even fix the problem. They told her she would now need a radiator!!! Another $600.00 bucks. We told them NO, we would find someone else to do it. Her grandson fixed it for around $150.00. They kept the car a week without doing anything to it. Said he must have wrote down the call back number wrong. Very disappointed. 0 stars, it wouldnt post unless I picked a rating.

Excellent company. Service department was extremely fast and professional. They fixed my son's ecm on his older model trailblazer but treated him and it the same as anyone with a brand new car. The bathroom were spotless. The waiting area was clean, quiet and friendly. We will definitely do all our business here. I would highly recomend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

Super nice employees! Very personable! They have been extremely nice and helpful to my parents, since they purchased their Equinox. My mom recently passed away, and the employees offered their deepest and sincerest condolences to my dad, while providing top notch service to the vehicle. My dad has had nothing but high praise for the salesmen regarding their service and care for him and my mom, as well as the care for their Equinox.
