After a severe hail storm and microburst that hit our neighborhood in July 2017, we had several storm restoration companies coming to the door offering their services. After reviewing several other companies, I decided on Croixco and it was the best decision I could have made. I cannot say enough great things about the entire Croixco team - Bart, Darren, Rich, Wojo (and Martha who remains in the background coordinating things for the rest of team). They are professional, knowledgeable, hard working and responsive. They use premium materials and the quality of their workmanship is excellent, no short cuts are taken. I warned them upfront that I was a perfectionist and also had several special requests. Bart said they welcomed the challenge. Well, all I can say is that they delivered on their promise of Customer Satisfaction and they not only met but exceeded my expectations. Every interaction I had with them (be it text, phone, email or face-to-face) brought value to the process. Initially there was another company we were thinking of going with and they got our claim approved for $17K but after Croixco got involved my insurance company approved $52K !!

There were so many little things they did that were above and beyond. It demonstrated that they truly care about their Customers. I wish I could list them here but Google Review has a limit on the size of the post that prevents me from going into detail but check the BBB site for my full comments.

If you are looking for a roofing and siding contractor, look no further! Our experience with Croixco has been truly exceptional. Our neighborhood sustained significant damage in a microburst last summer. We had a parade of contractors knocking on our door after that, and I am so glad we did our homework and chose Croixco after reading through all of the reviews online.

At every step of the way, Bart and his team have gone above and beyond. They helped us file the claim with State Farm and actively participated in the insurance inspections to ensure we had the full extent of the storm damage covered. They went through State Farm's statement of loss with a fine-toothed comb and found numerous errors and omissions and worked hard to get those corrected. This took countless hours for their team of going back and forth with State Farm and our mortgage company but they managed the entire process and made it so simple for us. This can be a slow process obviously but the office staff always made sure we had regular updates on the status. Once work got underway, the crew worked hard to finish our roof and siding quickly but with great attention to detail.

We were so impressed with the final result and even our neighbors have stopped by to ask us who did our exterior work (many of them used "storm chaser" roofing companies that did a shoddy job). We tell them to call Croixco--they will be glad they did!

Croixco was an great company to work with and did an excellent job repairing extensive storm damage on our house (new roof and siding). It looks better than it did before thanks to their attention to detail and meticulous work, and we are extremely happy. Bart and his whole crew were always available and responsive to our calls and great to work with!

Croixco is the only roofing company I will ever use. When we had a hail claim on our house Darren was very instrumental in making sure that the insurance company lived up to their obligation. First offer for repairs from the insurance claim was $11,000. When all said and done Darren had $42,000 authorized and we didn't have to pay a thing. The workmanship and the cleanup was awesome. Don't trust just anybody, call Croixco.

I just had the vinyl siding put over the old wood face on a commercial building. The product is top quality, the pricing was better that I expected and the workmen were efficient and courteous. Bart managed the project from beginning to end. I couldn't ask for more!

Croixco did wonderful work on our church mansard roof. Bart Fisher met with our staff and explained where our problems were. He did a thorough job of exploring areas by removing old shingles over the underlayment, accessing the conditions and replacing shingles. We felt during our meetings he had our best interest at heart, worked well with the insurance adjuster, recommended the best materials for our situation, and completed the project under budget with quality work. He will be contacted again when a consultation or work is needed. Highly recommended!

Croixco was great! They were really helpful with insurance and talked to us through what was going to happen each step of the way. Croixco was timely, efficient, and did a seamless job putting our house back together from the water damage.

I'm glad I asked them if they knew any local roofers they do business with as I had several shingles fly off my roof during a windstorm. Croixco was very experienced with how to handle the repair with my insurance company. Once the ball began rolling, it was smooth. They were on top of things every step of the way. They were very professional and pleasant to do business with. The job was done according to plans and I had one issue that was over looked with a gutter drain and Bart handled it right away within days before final payment. I had a great experience with Croixco. After some high winds, I noticed some shingles missing on my roof. They came by same day to look at roof to assess the damage to my roof, and were able to get the repair done quickly for a great price. The customer service was excellent.

After having a couple companies come out I chose Croixco. They seemed to be the most knowledgable and made me feel comfortable with the things I didnt know about. They let me know what was going on and also gave me options. They did a great job giving me a new skylight and also fixed my leaking roof during the tricky Chicago weather. Now I could take the water-collecting-cups off my window sill!

We are in the process of buying a new home. The home inspector noted an issue with the roof trusses. Based on the inspection we had large concerns about the structure of our roof/ interior ceiling.
I left a message for Bart who responded in 15 minutes. In a short notice, Bart showed up the next day which was a rainy day to inspect the concerns we had.
He was prompt, courteous and professional even with the pressure from the homeowner being present during his inspection.

I will use Bart when we have to do any repairs or upgrades.

Just had a complete commercial building flat roof replacement done. The people were courteous, professional and timely. Bart always let us know what was going to happen that day and what was finished. Very neat, cleaned up after themselves and made sure the work was done correctly.

We had some wind/hail damage and needed to have our roof replaced. The guys at Croixco were top notch. The work was done professionally and it looks great. Cleanup was also very thorough, I didn't find much on the ground after they were done. After reading some of the horror stories that people have posted about other companies in the roofing business, I would HIGHLY recommend Croixco to anyone.

I was completely satisfied with my experience with Croixco. I had wind damage to my siding and roof. Darren from Croixco managed the entire process. This included two meetings with the insurance adjuster, during which Darren identified areas of damage that the insurance estimator (and I) had overlooked. He also provided very helpful input on replacement materials and outlined the anticipated schedule to have the repairs completed. He and Martha always kept me apprised of "next steps" along the way. The work crew was very efficient and professional, soliciting my input on my preferences for how to deal with specific aspects of the work. The area around the house was kept clear of clutter at the end of each day. The work was completed in a very timely fashion. In short, I was extremely pleased with the end result and have no reservations about recommending Croixco.

In 2013 our home sustained significant damage from a hailstorm. We secure the services of Croixco after seeing the results of work they'd done for one of our neighbors. The work was covered by our insurance company and Croixco was helpful by providing detailed estimates on both labor and material. Due to our homeowners association rules it was also important that the new materials matched the original and Croixco worked to make this possible. In the end we were very satisfied with the work provided by Darren and his staff at Croixco.

Last winter we noted a leak in our 2nd floor ceiling. Since the roofing materials were warrantied for 20 year we contacted Croixco to see if there was a problem with the roofing work. Bart stopped by and inspected our crawlspace and assessed the problem and determined that condensation was being created by a broken flue leading from our furnace to the roof. Thankfully, the issue was not associated to Croixco's work and they even referred us to reputable contractors for the repairs.

Really great working with them! They have always been responsive to all of my needs or concerns, and kept to the schedule of the project.

I needed a new roof and had many roofers give me estimates. Croixco came out and explained my roof and the whole system. They were the only ones that looked in my attic and explained the importance of insulation and ventilation. They were very patient and explained the whole process in detail. Darren, the salesperson, didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need, yet pointed out that my attic was not breathing correctly and that I also needed insulation. This explains why my energy bills were so high and my upstairs bedrooms were always hot even in the evenings during the Summer. Not only were they able to take care of my roof, but Darren was also able to install new windows in my home which I desperately needed. I will be referring him and Croixco to all my friends and relatives. As a matter of fact, Croixco will be remodeling my neighbors basement and installing a new master bathroom in the home of one of my co-workers. While they weren't the cheapest, the work was very high quality the workers extremely clean and courteous. I consider these guys a rare find and highly recommend them.

Bart came out promptly and patiently answered all my questions on roof upgrades. He proved to be knowledgeable and very thorough. We went over weaknesses in my roof design and various ways of addressing the. He had a crew out in 2 weeks and they did an outstanding job. The roof was stripped and replaced in a day. They were extremely professional, taking great care to avoid damaging landscaping, garage doors, window wells, etc. I had the roof replaced once before and that roofer did a good job, but Croixco did an excellent job. The quality of materials and workmanship where SO much better. I will recommend them to anyone need home repair. I intend to use them for siding and windows in the spring.

Croixco is a one in a million company. Not only were the quick to come out, inspect and replace our roof at a very competitive price, they were extremely neat about it. Once all the shingles had been removed, they walked the entire yard surrounding our house to make sure nothing was left that could damage the lawn or the lawn mower. I was even more impressed when we called to have them check out where a leak was coming from over a year later, and not only did the person come prepared to do any repair, he showed up on a Saturday night after 7pm because there were some storms coming in and he wanted to make sure things were good before hand. Luckily it was that a vent cap had gotten blown off in the last big storm we had and they gentlemen was able to take care if it in no time flat. I have dealt with many repair people, having owned a home for years, and very few would I take the time to write a review and say Thank you for a job well done. There aren't many companies that treat their customers with such respect anymore. It is a delight to see that Croixco Construction is one of the best.

I called Croixco Construction, Inc. and requested a free estimate for my roof. I found that they were very courteous on the phone and prompt at keeping the appointment to assess my roof. The salesman who came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. I ended up only having a gutter replaced and they, once again, were very prompt and professional.
