Critical Building Solutions inspected and validated my observations. They did tell us we could probably get a little more time out of our roof, but I decided to go forward with replacement anyway before water damage occurred. Zack discussed the scope of work including options and materials to be used, introduced the proposed schedule and quoted the work. Everything went according to plan. The installation crew worked sunrise to sunset. Paying just as much attention to protecting landscapes and lighting as well as cleanup as they did to a stellar install. Our roof looks great. And imagine this, Our invoice was exactly what the quote stated. The only surprise was no surprises!

Richard completed the initial inspection, met my adjuster the day of the inspection and worked with my insurance company to pay for the roof. Richard even rescued and reunited a sweet puppy with her owner while working on this project. 5 stars all the way!
