Company owner did estimate his self and was on jobsite working with crew thru whole jobsite which is what really stood out to me with criswell Home Improvement. I had work done before where I never met the owner and never had quality checks done at all were as the owner of criswell home improvement went over all work done thru every step of the way. I got a very fair price was about 15 percent cheaper then the cheapest of the three estimates which on this big project saved me a lot of money and even more important then saveings the work was all done right. The project was a vinyl plank floor installed in hallway and a tile bathroom with a schluter kit shower. Hallway floor looked beautiful and the bathroom was a masterpiece. William is a artist with tile. The tile came out perfect tru craftsmanship where William showed me he is a master at what he does with a crew that works together like a machine. I couldn’t be more happy about the project and will definitely call them for anything I need done reguardless of what it is I trust it will be done right by this company.

Contracted Criswell Home Improvement to do quite a variety of repairs and replacements in a fixer upper.

Everything was completed satisfactorily, the quotes were accurate and itemized and easy to read. Also had the ability to pay online which was convenient. Appreciate the help on my first rental property!

What started out as a relatively average job turned into a very large job.
William found a lot of rot and an ant infestation in one of the logs in my home.
He and his crew were able to take out all of the rotted wood from the log and replace it with treated lumber and log siding to match the original look.
In a log home every log is part of the structure, so this could have become a catastrophic situation left unchecked.
I was pleased that William and his crew were skilled in the knowledge in how to make this repair I doubt that you could find other local contractors that were knowledgeable enough for this specialized job.
Also, they worked on the repair every day until it was completed.
I highly recommend Criswell Home improvement and will call on them again for future repairs.
