if you ever need further assistance or recommendations for future projects I would recommend working with anthony. anthony was very helpful in what I needed to get done on my roof he spoke in a polite manner, he was respectful also he is bilingual if you have issues with payment options he will work with you I highly recommend keep in mind my roof was very old his whole crew lefted it brand new if you have any questions about the roofing he is the guy to ask !!

Hail damage required a replacement of our shingled roof. The team and USAA insurance made the process easy. Brenner is always responsive via text messages.
The crew completed the job in about 10 hours. The new roof looks great and I have confirmed zero leaks during the recent rainstorms.

All City Public Adjusters/Crew Contracting gets my five star rating. Anthony Hernandez, the gentleman that came out and inspected the roof and worked with my insurance company, was amazing. He kept me informed and I did not have to deal with my insurance company at all. The crew, that came out to replace the shingles, was amazing. They worked efficiently and professionally. They cleaned up every single thing. When they left, my roof was new looked perfect. My yard was clean of old roofing materials, nails, etc. Thank you, Anthony, for making this experience stressless. I definitely recommend this company!!!

This review is partly to do with craftsmanship and mostly to do with customer service. I used Crew Contracting to replace our roof on our old home. This part was seamless as it appears they did fine work and worked efficiently. Fast forward 6 months, some of the boards they used were lifting away from the trusses. I tried to contact them to come take a look, but nobody ever answered or got back to me. Fast forward to 1 year post-project, my wife and I sold our home and in our inspection it was found that most of the seams where shingles meet a roof switchback were not nailed in properly, leading to exposure to moisture. Again, contacted them several times to talk about builder warranty information, only to get punted around to another employee on every call and no resolution. This process took about 4 weeks to even get a response as they wouldn’t answer calls or they would say they’d call me back later with more information. They knew we were on a timeline, and it felt like they took every opportunity to delay answering my calls and questions in hopes that they wouldn’t have to follow up on their project. Incredibly frustrating to deal with.

We had some issues with our roof after a couple of days of raining, so we had to have our roof redone. Met with a few roofing contractors and decided to go with George and his crew. Our roof was done in no time. He showed up when he said he would, told us when materials will be delivered and did a walk through at the end of the job to ensure we were happy and the yard was free of nails or any debris that could hurt our dogs paws. We had damage to our roof from a bad storm and the insurance company determined that we needed a new roof. Brenner from Crew Contracting came out to meet with us and from that point forward he handled everything. Solar panel removal, removal of old roof and some no longer used evaporative cooler jacks, new roof installation and reinstall the solar panels. The crew was amazing and the roof looks great! Highly recommend!

I had an area of my roof that looked like an elephant had danced around. George from Crew Contracting was scheduled to come out and give an estimate. He climbed up to have a look and about 20 minutes later came back down. He had fixed the damage and let me know that the roof was in good shape. Sure enough, I had a look and the roof looked like nothing had ever happened to it. I would highly recommend this man and his company for any roofing job.
