If you are in need of a new roof, look no further than Crestview! Wilson and his team go above and beyond to make it the easiest process ever. From the initial inspection to see if we had hail-damage, to helping me file with insurance (even showed up to talk to the adjuster), to prepping my yard to prevent damage to my flowers, he did all this to make sure we were 100% comfortable with the process. His team that installed the roof were very efficient and did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. I've been burned in the past by contractors just wanting to get business, but Wilson is sooooo far from that. He answered my millions of questions, came out to check work daily, and even came back to double-check clean up. I have very high expectations and very rarely give anyone a 5-star review but Wilson and his team deserve 10+ stars if I could give it to them. Do not hesitate to call them if you think you have hail damage or just a very old roof. You will be SOOOO impressed with this team!!!

As an insurance agent, working with roofing companies can be frustrating. I worked with Wilson and his team on a pretty tricky roof case for our mutual client and not only was he responsive, but incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to provide the documentation I needed to get the roof claim approved. Also, the technology he uses is FAR BETTER than anything else I've seen which is what your insurance agent needs to win claims for you. I'd recommend this company to ANYONE needing an honest, effective roofing company with great communication. With Crestview, you'll stay dry :)

After heavy rain on Thursday I had a roof leak. I called Wilson on Friday morning and he came to do an assessment on Saturday. After inspecting the roof he recommended some repairs. He took photos and walked me through them. He did not try to upsell me a new roof. He was friendly, professional and thorough. I will have no hesitation in recommendeding his company and when the time comes for my roof to be replaced I will definitely be using his services.

My mom lives in a neighborhood that was just outside the damage path of the March 31 tornado that hit Little Rock, and North Little Rock. We were concerned mom’s roof had damage. The insurance company denied the claim and said there was no wind damage. We had a couple different roofing companies come out and look and they said there was definitely wind damage. So here we are with a denied claim and roofing companies telling us something different. We did not know who to trust. I called Wilson at Crest View Roofing and he came out and gave us an honest evaluation of the roof. Turns out there was no wind damage. It was refreshing to find someone with integrity in the roofing business. I would highly recommend Wilson.

Wilson has great work ethics! He’s very professional and reasonably price. Wilson made a stressful situation less stressful by having good communication with my clients, the homeowners insurance company, and myself. Wilson and his crew removed the damaged roof early Friday morning, and completely installed the new roof that same day. Wilson and his team did a phenomenal job!!! Simply Amazing
