The best home-building experience I've had has been with Creekside. After our first project, they built five more homes for my clients, and each was unique and outstanding. The expertise and honesty of these guys are amazing.

Creekside built our retirement dream home over this past year. From the beginning until the end, it has been a joy to work with the entire staff of Creekside. At the beginning I had so much fun with Andrew picking out all the finishes. He listened to my vision and was really able to give great suggestions. Our day at Macadam Flooring was one of my best days of the entire build. Isaac, our project manager, is probably the most patient and understanding person I have met. He has had a calming force and kept reminding me that he was there to take the stress of building a home, not me. He always has a kind smile and has been so helpful beyond his responsibilities of being project manager. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I already have. We will continue to ask Creekside to help us with whatever remodeling or construction needs we need in the future.

The Creekside team has been great to work with. I have been happy to conduct business with them over the last couple years. They have been very professional and accommodating in every way!! Photographing and documenting their homes has been a highlight of my day.

Our experience with Creekside ultimately was very good on account of our project manager Luke and our designer Christine. We ran into many unexpected issues given Covid, supply chain issues, and the fact that our house is 80 years old; despite all of the complications Luke followed up and see that all issues were fixed (again and again) long after the project was completed. I appreciate the professionalism of the company, and the genuine attention to detail given to us by our project manager Luke.

From concept to fruition Creekside was there by our side. We needed a geo-engineer for our construct and they did everything for us and medigated a plan that we could afford and the engineers agreed upon. The project manager was so easy to talk to and understood our concerns. I can't say enough at how happy we are with our new home.

Creekside Homes made my dream come true. I gave them the plan and what I envisioned in my mind and now I'm moving in and making it my forever home. The whole building process was stress-free because of the confidence and trust I had in my project manager, Kevin. He was on top of everything and had a fabulous way of dealing with his overexuberant, quirky, pesty, and picky client. Kevin always went above and beyond, even finding a 500-gallon underground propane tank when there was a 6 month waiting list, which I have to say is one of the best Christmas surprises I have ever had. The sub-contractors were fabulous. All work was completed professionally, and Kevin made sure it was of the highest quality.

Everyone at Creekside is helpful and friendly. I had the ability to check on progress through a construction app, plus I had weekly conference calls with Christine, who always brightened my day, and Kevin to discuss what was going on and answer my questions.

Creekside made my crazy venture of moving to a new state by myself and building my dream home one of the best experiences I have had in my life. They are the best!

Creekside is a fantastic group of individuals that have formed a team to convert a client's visions into reality. They do this with great care, communication, and concern for that vision. As a supplier of their materials, I appreciate their thorough approach and attractive designs. The relationships they form with their network of suppliers and subcontractors is strong and their loyalty to work through complex issues with both clients and and the construction teams is impressive and surpasses most others in the industry. Amazing company, has a great program that helps when designing a custom home that kept us in the loop the entire time. The owner was very upfront on everything we went over and made us feel apart of every process. I've personally known Creekside homes and Andrew (the owner) now for several years and he has always taken care of us.

I have known Andrew for many years and have found him to be an honest and conscientious. I have seen his homes and was impressed by the quality and workmanship. If we decide to move to Oregon he will be my builder.

The worst mistake we made was choosing this company for a remodel and addition on our existing home. We have had numerous problems with the work. First, the timeline they gave us stretched out to double what they told us it would be (this was pre-pandemic). They began work “early” prior to permits, someone was here nearly all the time but still it took twice as long. Poor judgement or project management. On the work they did we’ve had walls shift 1/4” off from another needing to be patched and repainted, cracks in many other areas of walls and windows. There’s no way I could list every issue so I will jot a quick list: siding bowed out, not installed properly, gutters failed, stove pipe failed spewing smoke into the living room, vents not sealed, windows without flashing, plumbing flooded crawl space, floors squeaking, door not closing properly, wide gap between door and jamb, painting on unprepared, uncleared surfaces, painting wrong area, subs not coordinated, subs walking off job, wrong color roofing installed, shower not built to fit specified materials, materials requested were not ordered, sliding door not installed properly, broke main water and power lines when Creekside crew got on the earth movers (did not get lines marked before Digging), did unlicensed plumbing work in violation of license. Simply terrible. You do not want to regret how your house was built. Everyday we are reminded and live with the consequences of this bad decision.

Trying to have a home built for years. Many starts and stops and interviewed Andrew years prior but then my project was halted again by the HOA. Finally got an approval to move forward and I went with Andrew. As a woman who knows nothing about construction and someone without a clear design idea, I knew I would need to communicate with my contractor without feeling intimidated and Andrew felt like that person, I was right. And with COVID craziness, I cannot imagine doing any of this without my project manager Issac. Things have been backordered, shipping delays, damaged items are no longer available, not your typical build process, and the amount of work these people have had to do on the backside of things...wow!

It’s easiest if you have a clear idea of what you want and stick with it, I did not. But the folks at Creekside roll with the punches and if they can make it happen, they will. My home is near complete and I knew half way through that I was looking forward to doing another one with Creekside again in the future.

Andrew is my impeccably honest and conscientious. Those are rare qualities in the homebuilding industry, and it’s refreshing to meet and deal with high quality people.

We had Creekside do an addition to our home a while back. They did a terrible job and used low quality materials when we specifically asked for high quality materials and agreed to pay for it. For example, they tried to use some cheap carpet which was also the wrong color, but thankfully we caught it before it was too late. The nails were not nailed in to the studs and overall the project needed a lot of follow up on our own time. To this day there are many flaws that still affect us. The air ducts were way too small which affects the air flow and barely reaches the addition. The walls are also slightly crooked and the corners on the wall started to crack after only 1 year compared the existing walls which have lasted almost 30 years. There were lots of mistakes throughout the project including ordering the wrong siding and as mentioned before, the wrong carpet. Also while they were tearing down the section where the addition would be, they broke an existing window due to carelessness. They also promised to get the project done in 2 months but ended up taking 4 months to complete which is double the time. This made it very inconvenient for us as we were living in the house at the same time the project was going on. We planned to finish by the time the rainy season came around, but as mentioned before it was not finished until the winter which meant a lot of rain got into the wood. Not to mention it was very difficult to get a hold of them. Would’ve been a lot better if we found another contractor.

Andrew and his team were professional calm & efficient, got the job done on budget & ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend.

The best Builder/Contractors in Oregon! We worked with Creeksids Homes on a whole-home remodel and couldn't be happier. From start to finish they were extremely professional, flexible understood our vision and how to bring into every aspect of the job. They helped us identify creative solutions when issues arose and always had an idea when we had a question. Their work ethic is top notch as well as the care and pride they put into their work. Perhaps most importantly, they finished when they said they were going to (actually a few days before) which rarely happens in a construction project. Andy Burton's Creekside Homes is a pleasure to work with. This was our first experience with new construction, and Andy personally walked us through the important steps from design to finish, adding many personal touches which we would never have thought of. His finish work and planning were spot on and after comparing other new homes in my area built by the 'favored' builders, I know he went above and beyond, created a well-designed and beautiful home. When issues arose, he addressed them quickly and efficiency. Good value for the cost, and just an overall pleasant experience. I consider him not only my builder, but a friend.
