Getting my project completed with Creative Exterior Concepts was by far the best experience I have had with a contractor. Brice was very courteous and professional. Rick went to distance helping me navigate the HOA submission process. The project was completed on time and as processed. Amazing work!

I had 8 windows replaced and from start to finish I enjoyed this companies staff and work product. Amongst all the of home improvement services they by far exceeded all others in presentation, honesty and efficiency. I would absolutely use them again because their work spoke for itself.

Friday night at 8pm I just put my 1 year old to bed and the doorbell rings and there is a very heavy and aggressive knock at my door. My dog is losing his mind and my daughter is now awake. The person at the door is trying to sell roofing. This is completely unprofessional and so inappropriate. Your own business hours are until 0730 but you have door to door people going around at 8pm? If this is how you try to get business, imagine how the workmanship on the roof must be. Anyone who does business like this deserves 1 star. Take a step back and reevaluate how business in 2024 should be done.

They were very easy to work with and all was done within a day. Loved the color we ended up selecting even if most was covered by solar panels later on.

Had the rest of my windows replaced and Creative Exterior Concepts is still delivering 5 star work.

Creative Exterior Concepts replaced the roofing on my townhouse. From beginning to end, Wes explained the product and process in detail and was very responsive to follow-up questions. The team removed my old roofing, made repairs where necessary, and had the new materials on in less than a full day. The new roof looks great. It has been in place for about three months and made it through the recent hurricane rain-for-days with no problems at all. My overall experience with this company has been outstanding. When it's time for window replacements, they'll be my first call.

They were great. Fast, efficient, needed no direction, and did a great job. On top of that, they were upfront with their pricing scheme and I felt respected as a consumer

We had our roof replaced a couple of weeks ago. We thought that our roof was in good shape aside from some details to repair, but that was not the case. The condition wasn’t awful but if we would have waited more time our recently installed insulation would have been waisted.

For me, this was mainly about the convenience. The sales rep was great, very responsive when I had questions, and setting up the project was quick and easy. They take care of all the paperwork. The work happened quickly, it looks great, and the clean up was very thorough. Barely had to do anything. For those of you who hate dealing with the hassle that projects can take, I recommend them. Quality of the work is great too.

This company has my $2500 for almost a year now and does not want to provide the service they promised me in the beginning of our deal. Every time I call the company Ron, Dina and Wes have been giving me the run around and keep quoting me! At this point I just need my money back and no longer need their services!!! I will take this issues to the officials!!

I had a great experience with Creative Exteriors. They replaced my roof at a very affordable rate. Their team was prompt and professional, everything was done in one day. Ron and Wess are easy to work with, and give excellent customer service. When a small section of the sealing around one of the windows was damaged during the roof replacement, Creative Exteriors fixed it promptly and free of charge. The roof looks better than ever and I couldn't be happier with the work that they did. I'd highly recommend this company.

Ron came out in Summer, we talked, showed me window samples, we made the deal. End of September Keely called me, made the appointment for installation. Two weeks later, ahead of time, crew showed up at 8am. By 4pm they were done. Installed 6 windows, including one triple and one double one and one Patio Sliding door. They left and the house looked like no workers were ever present. Ron called me two days later to check in on the work. What can I say. I SAVED BIG with this company and their work shows, plus it has lifetime warranty. I noticed the difference within a day. House is warmer and quiter already. Thanks everyone at Creative!

This company did a good job replacing my roof. Once the materials came in, they installed in a timely manner. After installation (less than a day), they cleaned up all the old roofing and carted it away. Very professional. Terrific job.

Creative Exterior Concepts did an amazing job doing my window replacement. The crew was very polite, clean, organized, and courteous even trustworthy to be around my girl. 10/10 would recommend.

We have used Creative Exterior Concepts for our windows, 2 of our doors, and our roof and skylights. On all 3 projects they have done fantastic work and cleaned everything up to look as if they weren't ever there. Their craftsmanship is amazing and when we are ready to do the next project we will DEFINITELY be calling them again. The management team was easy to work with. Price was exceptional for National Capital Region. The on-site team worked quick/efficiently/professionally. I have strong faith in their roof install.

Had a great experience with Creative Exteriors, who replaced 45 windows for us in December 2021. Quality product - competitors we talked to do not offer triple-pane windows. Well worth it, we barely need to run heat/AC on an average day, and the noise reduction from lawn mowing and leaf blowing is amazing. Great value - quotes we got from competitors are at best comparable, but given the product, blown out of the water. Installation services and communications were very professional, the project manager walked us through everything after installation, and allowed us to inspect every window. Wes made himself available to us through every step of the process - this isn't one of those situations where you see the salesperson on day of sale, and never hear from them again. The company culture seems to be a connection with the sales person and customer until the job is completed. Timeliness - everything was completed as scheduled, they worked with us to replace every window of the house in the location where and when it worked for us - downstairs, upstairs, or wherever we needed space. Fully satisfied with this company, the product, their delivery and performance - highly recommended.

I used Creative Exterior to completely replace the siding of my townhome about three years ago. While they completed the work in a very timely manner, I started experiencing a leak by the chimney area (my guess is from a corner flashing that was not properly installed) and I reached out to them to figure out where the leak is coming from. The urgency and timely of response that I have noticed when they were signing me up for the siding replacement work or when they were reaching out to me to check if I have other works that I considering doing vanished. They keep giving me a run around about sending some contractors over to even look at the issue. After sending them emails of pictures every time they ask for one, I have finally decided to look for a different contractor and get the issue taken care of on my own. The lack of concern shown for the issue that I was having, possibly from the work that Creative Exterior did, left me frustrated and I do not think I will consider them for another job in the future.

Update: after opening one of the windows less than 10 times there is an issue. The window will not stay open. I have ZERO confidence that contacting the company will get the window fixed considering I still have not received the requested invoice for the work, just a picture of the receipt showing they took my money. Will now say don’t use this company.
Creative Exterior Concepts replaced all my windows and the windows are great, much better than the old ones. Word of warning thought when they tell you to clear the area around the windows, remove curtains and furniture etc. you need to be sure to remove any items further away than 5 feet or to a spot where work is not taking place. Just remember that not everyone considers your property as valuable as you do and items broken/damaged will not be fixed or replaced by Creative Exterior Concepts. I was offered a gift card for damage done to an antique that was over 5 feet away from the work area.

I am extremely satisfied with my business dealings with this company. Due to a misunderstanding, I was not going to use their services, but their management went out of their way to make things right. The materials and workmanship on my roof were top notch and the price was good too. They even did a great clean-up job. I would not hesitate to call on them again for a quote, or recommend them to people I know.
P.S. :
Months after the installation, I noticed a small issue with my roof and called Wes. He sent Ronnie out to take a look at it right away. Ronnie worked hard to not only fix my issue, but saw a couple of other little things while he was on the roof and worked on those too! He was fast and competent and had a great attitude toward the work and toward me. I was very pleased with his service! I would recommend Creative Exterior Concepts to friends or family in a heartbeat!

CEC installed the windows in 2 bedrooms and replaced a storm door. Everything from the sales and construction process went smoothly. We've had no issues with the windows thus far and the price was okay. Installation was very quick and easy so that's a plus, however, the responsiveness post work is absolutely abysmal. The storm door handle got jammed and we could not open the door, our only option being to enter and exit our home through the garage. I've called countless times to get them to come out and address the issue and no one answers the phone. The one time I actually got through to someone he said his tech was out of town and they'd come out the following week when he returned. That was 6+ months ago. Still waiting... -_- We basically had to remove the door ourselves and reattach it, leaving it propped open so the handle doesnt latch and get stuck again. Defeats the entire purpose of having a door to begin with. I didn't want to call another company to fix it in case it voids the warranty, so hopefully leaving this review will prompt some follow through and resolution. I'll update if it does. (Quality of work and price is 3-4 stars but the lack of customer service post work is really a downer)
