Creative Construction Group

Creative Construction has been a pleasure to work with. They were hired to put new shingles on our home. I can be a bit picky, as I have an idea of how I want things to look. They graciously worked with me and the end result was exactly what I was looking for. Do not hesitate to hire this company, they are reliable, professional, friendly and excellent communicators. I am very pleased with their work.

I contacted Creative Construction Group for a quote on replacing my roof. Mike and the customer service team were very responsive to my request, providing quotes for 2 different materials within a few days. The quote was easily understood and helped me make my decision.
Once my decision was final, they moved quickly at ordering material and keeping me informed as to the progress of the project. Once the material was in they were on site to begin the project. To my utter amazement, the job was completed in a little more than a day and half and the clean up was complete and beyond expectations.
I highly recommend Mike S and the entire Creative team for a roof replacement or for any home improvement project--"they are the best".

I was referred by a close friend to use this company to build our dream home. I could not ask for a better experience. The owner of the company came out to the project site and walked us thru the roofing process and answered all of our questions. When it came time to install the roof they were there on time and completed the project in a timely manner. Once the project was completed the owner walked us thru the install and even discussed how the gutters should be installed properly for our type of roof. It should be noted that they were not installing the gutters on our home. I would highly recommend to anyone to use this company for their roofing and gutter needs.

I ordered windows of Fall 2022, they were installed before winter hit and look great. Creative Construction was flexible with scheduling the installation. The installer was friendly and left the work area clean. I would recommend them for future projects.

We were very impressed with Creative Construction Group. From the initial inspection through the roof installation, they were responsive and met with us in a timely manner. We were always treated in a professional yet friendly manner. Quotes and other costs were very reasonable and there were no surprises. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience with Creative Construction! We worked with Mike who walked us through every step of the process. From planning to detailed pricing review, Mike explained every option and answered any questions we had. Once work began, he checked in on-site and via text or calls. He made sure we were happy each step of the way. When there was some repair work needed (cedar siding), he was able to have a carpenter here within a day. Mike also referred us to a painter to finish the work we needed to have done, and because of his great relationship with the painter, our house project was completed in no time!

Mike and his team were quick, friendly, and super responsive. The day we called for a quote we received a call back and a tentative date to get our roof repaired. We were able to get it fixed within 2 days of contacting them (it was raining the first day). I recommend Mike and his team for anyone looking for common roof repairs to roof overhaul.

Thanks to Scott and the Creative Construction Group for a job well done replacing the roofing on our house and garage as well as a new sky light. They did a great job getting us scheduled around all the rain we have had in the Midwest. Our house looks great and ready for our big graduation party. David was super nice and respectful. He gave me an honest assessment of the damage and didn’t try to push me into more than what was needed. He was very responsive and easy to get in contact with. 100% will go with him again when we need a new roof in the next couple of years.

The worst experience!! They start off very nice promise you everything and when the work is completed they conventialy forget what they said. They had roofers working the same time the siding guys were working which is against OSHA rules!! Be very careful and get everything in writing or better yet find another company to do the work!!

There are way too many wonderful things I have to say about this company but I will give it my best shot. We were hit by a nasty hailstorm and needed a lot of work done on the outside of our home. This was by far the best experience I’ve had with work done to my home and dealing with Mike and Scott was a pleasure. They continually answered my multiple questions, walked me through the process and basically stayed by my side through the whole thing. The siding crew was absolutely amazing and their attention to detail was spot on. The roofers did a beautiful job and the gutters were done amazing as well. I highly recommend hiring this company to work on your home.
They were professional, courteous and very polite and they actually made the job fun.
I’ve even had people stop by and ask who did the job and if they could look at the work that was done. One family even decided to hire Creative Construction group to do work on their home as well!!
