I’m giving this vender the lowest rating possible due to its total lack of professionalism. We agreed to have them replace our gutters and paid a deposit of $990, which was half of the quoted price. The proposal did not include any design specifications as to what was actually to be done. Shortly after we paid the deposit, we called them to let them know that circumstances had changed as the house required new siding and roof, which we hadn’t anticipated when we agreed to their quote, and that they should not proceed. When the siding and roof were nearing completion, they gave a new estimate for the gutters which was more than double the initial estimate, again without design specifications or any explanation as to why the price had increased so much. Consequently, we refused to accept that offer. However, they have not returned any portion of our deposit in spite of repeated requests. Their argument was that they put in work because they took time to give us two quotes, even though their website claims that quotes are free. We even offered to compromise the claim to compensate them for the second quote, but they did not return our call as promised, did not respond to our written request, set up the owner’s phone number to refuse all incoming calls and failed to return any of our deposit. It is possible that the quality of their work is fine, but I wouldn’t know since they never did any work or supplied any materials.

I had water leaking into my attic. I had the gutters replaced, but that didn't solve the problem (they needed replacing) I called Derrick, and he sent out his roof guy. He came and fixed the problems. They were very attentive and went beyond all expectations. After fixing the roof problems, he repaired the sheet rock that was damaged from the leak.
I highly recommend these guys.
