AM PM Roofing

Two years ago I had a leak in my aging roof and called around to get a few quotes and ended up going with AM PM due to the competitive price and the owner reaching out immediately to go over everything I was looking to do.

I am so glad I went with AM PM.
During the striping of the shingles he found and alerted me of rotten wood and replaced it at a very fair price.
It ended up being almost the entire roof.
I was well aware of the soft spots throughout from being on there every year to clean the gutters and chimney.

The fact that he reached out to explain why repair this unexpected large extra is what puts AMPM above the others. I work in construction and I know 100% there are companies out there that wouldn’t go the extra mile to do the job right.
I firmly believe in not half assing a job so this meant a lot to me.
All in all there were 32 4x8s that needed to be replaced and the proof was in my driveway. In that dumpster the wood was extremely shot and I’m extremely happy it was replaced.

Most impressive of all was that even though it was completely unexpected, replacing nearly the entire roof’s worth of plywood AND shingling it they were still done in one day.
His crew did amazing work.

The reason the roof was dry rotted was because of inadequate ventilation, which he explained and he had a gable vent installed so it will not happen again.

So just to recap.
-The owner is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and an honest person.
-The quote was extremely competitive and even with an unexpected extra he was very fair in the repair cost.
-His crew work extremely hard and are skilled workers.

I immediately recommend AMPM to anyone that brings up any type of roof issues and will use them again down the line.

Having dealt with contractors you can expect some to show, some not. Paul showed up on time, was very personable and was willing to talk about all options. He provided a very reasonable estimate in my opinion. I agreed to have the job done and he set up a time of installation within a week.

His crew arrived on the day they scheduled the install and immediately went to work. Given the amount of work that this entails his crew completed it with 1 day as estimated. They did a good job protecting things the best they could. You have to consider the amount of debris they are slinging off your roof.

They completed the work and the crew cleans as they go staying on top of all parts of the job they are doing. I am very happy with the work performed. I have talked to others that have used AM/PM prior to doing this work and I have no doubt that Paul stands by his warranty he offers. If an issue ever developed I feel confident AM/PM will be there. Would I recommend his company? Yes I would. Thank you for a great roof replacement,that was badly needed.

Paul and his company were quick to respond and help with a needed repair. He then gave us a competitive quote for a new roof . His men were fast, efficient and respectful. They worked very hard and got the job done on the day it was scheduled. They cleaned up every scrap and nail. We were very pleased!

Called these guys and 2 others for a roofing quote on our raised ranch.was the only contractor to pick up on initial call. I spoke directly to the owner Paul who said he can come give me a quote the following day. The quote was far better than the 2 other companies to come out, along with his response time we decided to go with Paul. Paul finished the job on time as promised, as well as kept our yard cleaned up and free from nails which would hurt our dogs.

UPDATE 1/24 2024 WAINTING FOR PAUL TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR STAINING YELLOW SIDING USED CHEMICAL TO CLEAN VINYL SIDEING. Replaced old roof was OK, asphalt from materials left black marks on yellow siding on all exterior walls, before paying Paul he attempted to clean siding only to leave stains every place he touched. Thought stains would dissipate after a few rains not the case still present. Called Paul he told me to use Majic Eraser that takes eveything off. Well not the case didn't change any of the stain. Called Paul I left message, after 2 weeks still no response! guess the difference is now payment is in pocket and any consideration non existent. Paid $10,900.00 solved one problem and contractor created another. Wouldn't mind so much but now with me on disability and on fixed income I'll have to try and find another contractor and add more money to the problem Paul and AM-PM created. Unfortunately almost impossible to find anybody that is responsible humanity or intregrity. This is perfect example I hate hiring any contractors. Would not recommend beware make sure every thing is to satisfaction before full payment. Do on to others as you would have done onto you! Guess this thinking doesn't apply to AM_PM or to Paul. BEWARE!!!!!!!! UPDATE filed complaint BBB and Dept Consumer Protection no resolution!!!

Paul was very responsive and answered all my questions with clarity. Responded to all calls, text messages, and emails in a very timely manner and kept me updated throughout the entire process. When him and his team arrived, he noticed that the top of our shed needed to be fixed, and even offered to fix that as well.

Incredible job replacing our roof shingles. Crew completed the job in a single day and, as promised, clean up was stellar. Paul was responsive, addressed all of questions and went above and beyond to help us find an alternative shingle when the shingle we initial selected was unavailable. Paul was great to work with. Crew came at 8:00 am, worked all day and got my roof and skylight replacement done in one day, including clean up. Price was great and attention to detail perfect!

Our old roof was not installed correctly with wrong venting and no circulation. AM-PM Roofing corrected all the discrepancies, replaced the old and incorrect gutter guards. We were kept informed of everything - scheduled deliveries, install date and every issue they found during theninstall. These are rare qualities nowadays, and I reserve this for only the contractors I’ve dealt with that truly earn and deserve it. AMPM earned and deserves the highest review I can give.

My better half is an Architect, he is tough to please, especially with details. He absolutely was impressed with AMPM from start to finish. The materials used and the workmanship done met his standards, which if you know any Architects, are high.

Paul and his team from AMPM absolutely fit that quote, from the no pressure meeting for a quote, to the contract, work and to completion of work - everything was seamlessly explained and work was completed beyond my satisfaction. Bonus: There were no “surprise” change orders (as often happens when doing major repairs or upgrades).

In did not just have my roof replaced, I had all my facia, soffits and trim replaced going from wood to PVC. Additionally, I had 5 skylights replaced as well as gutters upgraded.

AM PM Roofing replaced our roof after a section had been damaged in a recent wind storm, and they did an excellent job. Paul gave me 2 quotes, one to just fix the damaged area and one for the whole roof. We opted for the whole roof. His crew did the entire job in one day. They were on time, very professional, and completely cleaned up when they were finished. We are very happy with the results, and highly recommend them.

Paul's team is a virtual ROOFING MACHINE! They came in and took the old roof (2 layers) off a 3000 sq ft house with 2 car garage and large sreened porch and put on a new one with leaf guards on gutters in one day. The only trace they left behind was the new roof itself.... and they did it for thousands of dollars less than the 2 other quotes I got!

Paul and his crew we exceptional. Quote, price was excellent. One day roof installation. Day before dumpster and shingles arrived. Day after installation, dumpster removed. AM PM did a great job replacing my roof. They started on time with a great crew of workers. Everyone worked very hard and finished my roof in 2 days. Would give a 0 star if I could. Constantly given the run around. Was told he would call on Tuesday then shows up two days later. Says he lost our number. Then he told us we'd get an estimate and we never got any estimate. Who wants to do business with someone like that.. This is not how you do business.

AM PM Roofing was incredibly easy to work with and they did a fantastic job on our roof! They were so professional from the first phone call that we didn’t even bother having anyone else come out for an estimate. Other companies in the area didn’t make us feel as prioritized and couldn’t move as quickly as Paul (the owner) and his team. Paul came out for the estimate within a few hours of us calling him. We were able to schedule our roof to be done only 5 days after that and it took the crew from about 7am to 5pm to complete the entire project and leave without a trace. Amazing!

Just had our roof completed by AM-PM. Totally thrilled. Watched the entire job as it was done. Crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Paul oversaw the entire job and was on site the entire time. Glad we hired a pro. Previous roofer, albeit very talented, used shingle nails to attach plywood to rafters... Roof only lasted 8 years. Expecting to get 25-30 years out of this one.

Paul has a lot of experience and knowhow. His crew came in and stripped our old leaky roof today and replaced it before sunset. Other companies wanted more money and one estimated five days of work. Trust me, I'm picky, but the property wasn't a mess for long. We have a lot of plantings around the house and the crew made sure to protect them. The guys are very skilled and conscientious about details and cleaning up! The roof is beautiful!

This is our second experience and better than the last. Paul and his crew are honest, dependable, remarkably efficient, and very thorough. One of guys even brought back soup for my elderly father when the worker went to pick up the crew's lunch; so thoughtful. While I can't promise you'll get soup, I can assure you that when they are finished there will be nothing left behind but a beautiful roof at an extremely competitive price.

Professional crew started 7am completed 3pm including outstanding cleanup. Asphalt roof on 2 story high pitch colonial roof.
