Legnos did a wonderful job regrouting and caulking my 1960s bathtub surround. Both Jordan and the owner were a pleasure to work with. Scheduling and paying was easy and reasonable. I am so thankful I was able to find find them, as no other company would do the work for such a small project!

They were professional in their work and working on my home as if it was theirs. They always made sure to keep a clean working environment and ensured the work met my satisfaction as well as theirs. Jordan and John were hard workers and did an amazing job renovating my home.

John did 2 jobs for us. He was extremely professional and did a wonderful job. He arrived on time, completed the jobs in a timely fashion and cleaned the site completely. We recently hired Legnos Homes to remodel both of our bathrooms. From the moment of initial inquiry through the end of the project, John was polite, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. John and his team have a strong work ethic and pay attention to detail. John and Jordan made sure the bathrooms came out exactly as we wanted. John led the remodel of our guest bathroom and was professional throughout the entire process - from quote to completion. His attentive communication style was super helpful as he guided us to the best options for our family. We had a lot of questions about materials, application, etc. and John happily answered them in a way we could understand. When it came time to work on our house, he was respectful of our home and we felt the crew assisting him showed just as much respect. Our new bathroom looks fantastic and I have no doubts it will hold up since John takes great care in his work.

My experience with Mr. Legnos was superb! He is a skilled remodeler who works hard to overcome obstacles that are encountered when working on an old house, 1930. He has a complete set of remodeling tools and equipment. He provides a quote for the project before it begins and revises it if unexpected tasks are required. He maintains excellent communication on the project. He meets his quoted price and starts and finishes the project on time. He has my highest recommendation!

For over 20 years I have wanted to renovate my upstairs bathroom. I hired John Legnos of Legnos Homes to do the work and I was not disappointed!! I told John upfront that the space will be tight because the BR was actually a converted closet. Not only did he renovate my BR, but he also did my hallway which had old paneling and faded wallpaper on it.

John worked meticulously for several days. He was very thorough in his work, stripping everything down to the studs and replacing the old plumbing with new.

I was really amazed at his finishing work. I had no electrical outlet for a plug and he not only put a new one in but one that had tiny nightlights in it.

John was also very neat as he worked, and made sure that all of his materials were cleaned up each night when he left.

I would highly recommend him to do your bathroom or kitchen renovations!!
As a matter of fact, I am having him return this summer to do my downstairs bathroom.

I am very happy with my new shower! I only have one shower in my home, so a long remodel would have been difficult for me as I wouldn't be able to shower. They installed it in a day and a half. I was able to shower within 2 days!
