I can't speak highly enough about Tim and Willy at CRC Roofing and Renovations. I contacted them after a hail storm did a great deal of damage to my elderly mother's roof and gutters. They helped me work through the process efficiently and easily from over 500 miles away. They were always incredibly kind, thoughtful, informative and thorough. The work they did was excellent. The neighbors even remarked on how quiet the roof install process was. They expected loud noises all day but said they were amazingly quiet. The communication on scheduling was excellent. The prices were consistent and never changed. I dreaded managing this process from afar but they made it simple. Anything I needed they made sure I had. It was wonderful! I can't recommend this company highly enough. If you want a job done well and done by great caring people, CRC Roofing is your company!

CRC has replaced three roofs for me over the past seven years, and each time they’ve delivered excellent service. Sean Kimper is always prompt, provides clear estimates, and follows up quickly on any issues. While roofing isn’t cheap, getting reliable help, especially without insurance support is rare these days. I highly recommend CRC.

The crew was here by 7 am and worked fast and had roof stripped in a little over an hour. They fixed any. roof boards and prepared the roof for shingles. They were done around 2.30 and had everything cleaned up great.Great bunch of workers and Willie was great to work with.

So far we have been pretty satisfied with the experience of replacing our roof and gutters. We worked with Tim Engel, and he was excellent. We had gotten several quotes and found CRC to be pretty much in line with the other companies as far as price, but we appreciated the all-in-one service CRC offered get both our items done.

Great experience dealing with CRC and Sean. He was very responsive to questions and kept me up to date on the whole process. The roof was not an easy job I know, but it turned out looking great. I will hopefully be using then again on a different project in the near future.

CRC did a phenomenal job on my roof installation. Craig Snipe was wonderful to work with during the entire process. He communicated with my insurance company and the claim was approved in record time. The roof was completed the next week! The crew was professional and skilled. I was very pleased with CRC roofing. Sean was very helpful, answered all of my questions and was very polite.

Very disappointed, Sean has the same communication skills as a door knob. When he says he will email or call and text you back he doesn’t. Until it’s time to collect a check. CRC left all their trash ( siding, boxes, house wrapping ) just laying around the house till the last day. Just not an overall good experience.

He handled everything with the insurance company and worked with me to select the best roof and gutters for my home. His installers were on time, did a great job installing the roof and gutters, and cleaned up before they left. Overall great experience with Sean and the CRC team!

Dealing with companies can be a pain, but not with CRC. They are, in all aspects, top tier. I called for a quote, they were out the next week, had the quote a couple days later. I decided to do it and less than 2 weeks later I had a new roof on both the house and garage. Work only took 3 days to complete and their work is great. Thought there was a problem a week later so called to tell them, and they were out THAT day to check it. The problem wasn’t the roof but the chimney itself and they fixed it so I didn’t have to find another contractor before weather came. I don’t impress easily but they impressed me. They will be my first call when it’s time to do siding.

CRC Roofing is an absolutely amazing company to work with. Their people are very professional, efficient, and they work well with your insurance to get the job done to your satisfaction. Great job on clean up after the fact as well! BI would hire them again without a second thought.. they really know their trade and business!

They replaced all of our siding on our home. They were in constant contact with us during the ordering of supplies to finishing the job. Their installers were respectful of our home and did a great job!

Hands down the best! Craig was prompt and fair. The roofing crew was there on time and did a fantastic job!

They failed to cover the outside hvac unit, and shingles was laying on top of it. Had it inspected to make sure there was no damage to the inside of the hvac unit, which there was none.

The clean-up wasn't the greatest I picked up lots of nails and a little roofing material, pop can. I was mostly worried about the nails because I don't want to get a flat tire on my lawnmower.

The team at CRC did a great job repairing our roof and siding that were damaged from the wind storms in March, 2023. They did a quality job, and communicated well with us. We would definitely use them again for any future roofing issues.

This company was amazing. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will certainly pass on the favor. The insurance inspector came out and did a very thorough inspection so when CRC came out they were very receptive of the detailed assessment. They then noticed they could actually make some upgrades to the 30 year old roof vents and did not add cost to the insurance assessment.
The crew that came to work were very thorough, polite, neat in their work area, respectful and very skilled professionals. The completely took off two layers of shingles, removed box vents, repaired the roof, put in a ridge vent, and replaced the roofing all in one day!
The inspector, crew boss, workers, and office staff have all been polite, professional and easy to work with!

CRC was very professional and were upfront with everything. I had them come out for a patio roof repair and ended up getting that and a new roof. Absolutely amazing company. Great customer service. Kind and understanding. They go above and beyond for their customers. I had requested a quote back in October and it took me awhile to save up and when I accepted the job they were completely understanding about my financial situation. My gutters look great and were installed quickly and very professionally, plus they had reinstalled a piece of siding that had fallen off without being asked to. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any service they offer. They definitely put their customer's happiness first.

When we realized our roof was in need of replacement, my husband and I started the daunting task of looking into roofing companies. After a lot of research and talking with multiple roofing companies, we decided to have CRC install our new roof. Locally owned and operated, they came to our house, walked us through the process, and even helped us narrow down the color of our roof. They worked diligently with our insurance company to make sure we weren't being taken advantage of and used high quality masteries while still working off the insurance estimate. On the day of the installation, their crew came in and efficiently installed the roof, cleaned up, and left little trace that they had been there at all. Our new roof looks absolutely stunning and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received from CRC!

They arrived at 7am the day they said they would be here, and they were completely done by noon, and they cleaned up the yard and gone by 1pm. They did a great job.
