My husband contacted at least six contractors to fix our bathroom floor which was not level. Only two came to our house and none of them would give us a quote. We found out about Crawford Construction and Remodeling LLC and contacted them. Zeke came to our house and talked with us about what we wanted to do. He had his framer come to our house to get a better idea of what they would need to do to fix our floor. The framer discovered structural problems under load bearing walls. Zeke gave us an estimated cost and an estimated start date. Crawford Construction and Remodeling LLC fixed the structural problems with minimal impact to other walls and completed the job under budget. It did take longer than originally planned but we were very pleased with the results. Zeke was always willing to answer any questions we had and was upfront about the cost of our fix/remodel. I had an emergency with my back door and it wouldn’t close and negative degree weather was coming the following week and they came to the rescue.
