I had a great experience with Carvenho Construction to Reroof our Vacation Rental home. The price was right, and the service and workmanship were superior. I really appreciated how Jason was able to work around our very tight schedule to get the work done.

Remodeling a small condo at the Oregon Coast is very challenging and it is very hard to find dependable, professional, available contractors. We really hit the jackpot with Cravenho Const. They have been exceptional in every way. Quick response, very professional work crews, excellent workmanship, attention to detail, and no cutting corners. If they have a job to do, they do it right!! We hired Cravinho construction to install new flooring at our chapter office ( we are a Non Profit Veteran organization. The crew was very professional and helpful when it came to working with our office staff. We were able to keep the office open. Jason and the crew were very prompt, the showed up when they said and the quality of work was awesome. I would definitely hire them for future projects.

Initial response was fast, then had a family emergency and a delay in getting back to me. Totally understandable. But once we did set up an appointment, for 6:45 pm on a Wednesday, they were a no show. No contact at all about being late or not making it, nor after the fact about why they didn’t make it.

I called Cravenho looking for help with a new drywall project. My email and call were responded to quickly. They were extremely helpful and ready to jump in a soon as possible. As we live quite far from Cravenho's base, it was a stretch for me too call ( Pardon the pun). I am impressed by Cravenho's willingness to address our job, their professionalism, and their excellent service! . I highly recommend this company!!

Jason and his employees were extremely professional, friendly and completed all the work around my home in a very timely manner. Every employee I encountered as well as Jason were always polite and eager to help with whatever needed to be done. I will ALWAYS recommend Jason and his guys and I will always use them for whatever work I need done around my house.

We had some moderate storm damage recently, with water damage in the ceiling of our house, a hole in our roof, and broken gutters and windows. I called around and the contractors I reached were rude, brief, and not interested. I finally called Jason Cravenho and I was so relieved that he was nice, professional, and punctual! He was patient in explaining things to me during the process and always quick with updates, which I appreciated so much. His crew worked on multiple things at our house which required lots of people doing different skillsets - it was coordinated very well and everyone worked so hard to keep our house neat and clean amidst all the work. Jason event sent a cleaning crew to clean the inside of my house when the work was all done, just because it was a little dusty from the work! My new roof, gutters, windows, and drywall all look perfect, but mostly I appreciate the good attitude and punctuality Jason showed. I've had some very negative experiences with contractors before, I will no doubt use Cravenho Construction in the future!

First off, they aren’t reliable! Caulking on siding looks like it was smeared on with someone’s big toe, second after siding and paint were done I had to call and ask when the gutters and cable would be reattached and when someone came they put up one gutter then said “the clips to attach them back to house were missing and they’d be back” 3 days later still no one so I did it myself. Secondly my extension ladder went missing right after they went missing from the project! I wouldn’t recommend them. I’ve been in construction for 15 years and understand weather and other circumstances but customer service is always been a priority these guys aren’t worth hiring steer clear!

Jason, Is very knowledgeable and fair with all of the repairs that he had done for us. I have recommended him to many and they have been very happy with his work.

Replaced Furnace and AC. Fantastic job, affordable and collaboration on our needs and options available.
Highly recommend and we will be using them again soon.

I've hired Cravenho Construction for several projects. Whether it was my new beautiful roof, siding or garage renovation i have been nothing but impressed and completely satisfied at the professionalism, fair pricing and quality of work. So much so that i referred them to several friends including my boss, all of which, give the same 5 star rating. I look forward to working with them again and would encourage anyone looking for a good honest contractor to do the same. Great job Jason Cravenho, you guys are the best!

Had a pipe leak in my ceiling. Sent a message to Cravenho at 8 PM, they responded via email that night. I called them in the morning and they had two guys out to my house first thing to mitigate the water damage. Great customer service and responsiveness. Brandon and Jacob, the guys that showed up were extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company.

Cravenho Construction backed work that was done on our house 3 years before we even bought it! When Brandon and Keaton came out to check the roof, they were friendly and efficient. Even better, they managed to get the work done in no time AND without even waking my baby daughter! We are so thankful for the quality work and great employees.

Brandon and Jacob did a great job. They were fast, cleaned up really well and they were nice. Very happy with their work.

Jason and his team were amazing when they replaced my roof. His business is in Salem but had no problem coming to Roseburg for the roofing project. That were professional, friendly and fastidious about cleaning up. I will be using them in the future for other construction projects!

Jason’s crew came out and replaced a leaking water pipe. They repiped the house and installed a new shower surround and bathtub. They were great. Got the job done—Jason even came over on Christmas Eve to install some things so I could have a working tub for the holidays. Great with communication. I will be hiring them again this summer for a kitchen remodel.

Cravenho Construction is awesome! Our newly remodeled home is no less than beautiful. We are so happy with what Jason and crew have accomplished. From the planning stage all through the work and even the cleanup, we are pleased. For us, it was difficult to do this long-distance (from another state), but Jason kept in close contact all along the way. He even sent pictures to reassure us of the work that was being done. The quality of the work is outstanding and met our greatest expectations. We will continue our relationship with Jason and this company for many more projects to come. Cravenho Construction did an awesome job and really helped me out in a pinch! Jason came out to inspect the issue and walked me through the job that would need to be done. We scheduled the subfloor repair and the follow-up communication was great. Today, Brandon and Jacob came out to complete the needed repair. Both were courteous and professional. Again, the communication was great as they explained what they would be doing throughout the job. They completed the repair in a quick and efficient manner, even going above and beyond in helping to remove as the glue from my DIY failure. I will definitely recommend Cravenho Construction to my friends and family for their needs (and to help fix any of my DIY fails).

Jason and his crew were great to work with. We had a large remodel (2 bathrooms, re-plumbed whole house, new windows, new floors, new doors) and all projects remained within initial quote. Cravenho Construction was hired for a roof replacement. The price was very competitive. To my surprise, they were very focused on customer satisfaction. In fact, they readily agreed to come back for minor issues. Communication was good as well. Very good overall experience. I am extraordinarily pleased with the work that the Cravenho Construction crew did in putting on my new roof. They were so accommodating and efficient. Plus what, they were most pleasant to work with. They did a fabulous clean up job after the installation. The area almost looked better than when they started. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I had a bad roof leak (ceiling came down). Jason's team got on it like yesterday...really saved the day! Ended up doing the whole roof. They corrected existing defects, brought venting up to code and did it all fast, expertly and beautifully. They even did the ceiling/sheetrock work, and it looks perfect. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat!

Jason and his crew are absolutely the best. They go above and beyond. Jason is well versed in every aspect of construction and real estate.. He has an eye for detail. Very much a perfectionist. Has a great personality and really cares about his customers. He manages every job. We have hired these guys for both big and small jobs over the last 10+ years.. Currently they are in the process of doing a full remodel in our home. So far, the kitchen is complete. They exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen literally is one that you would see in a magazine.
