Crane Roofing

Initially, the work appeared great. We had siding, all windows and doors replaced on our home in 2017. In March 2022, the big windstorm blew the siding from the east side of our house. I called Joe Crane, he eventually came out on April 13th and said it would be covered under the 5 year warranty. He would order it and should take 5-6 weeks to get in. Since that time, he has not returned any phone calls, emails, or Facebook messages. Today I drove by the business address listed in google (I think it was his home with the business in back) and left a message with a nice lady. I’m so frustrated. It has been 6 months since he was out here - I take full time care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s and breast cancer. I know he is a busy small business owner, but what about your customers…… please fix my siding. Help me!

They need to learn how to drive. Just had one of their employees almost run me off the road with his trailer in St. Peter’s on 79 getting onto 70. The guy was driving a ram. If they can’t be courteous on the road I wouldn’t expect them to be courteous while working on homes. Steer clear of this roofing company

Joe Crane and his group did great work! Our roof was finished yesterday and we love it! We had great service from Joe and his crew. We will be having our siding done by Crane also in the next couple of weeks.

They were great with a last minute service that we needed. We were so impressed with the quality of their work and the detail on a small but really important job.

If you are going to have any work done including soffits and fascia, Crane Roofing is my choice. I have nothing but an outstanding experience with them. Great customer service every time I have contacted them!!

As far as knowledge and service before and after the sale and installation...this is a top notch company with experienced guys that do fabulous work...you will not be disappointed...

Crane Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement and provided amazing customer service. The owner Joe came out did the estimate and spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and provided multiple options and unbiased recommendations. He alone set himself far apart from the competition and he made himself available for all my questions. After I told Joe I was ready to move forward he had his team out the next weather friendly day and got the entire roof done that day. I got off work early and came home while they were still working and his crew was very friendly and cleaned up well after the job was done. After the roof was done Joe himself made sure to come out the following day and check everything out and make sure I was completely satisfied. They do more than roofing and I was so happy with the work they did I have them putting together an estimate to update my siding and putting in a French door. Can't say enough on how happy I was with my decision. If anyone needs any work done I'd highly recommend giving Crane Roofing a call. Joe was more than fair, provided great work, and does a lot more than just roofing!

Completely happy with the great work we had done by Crane Roofing. They tore off and replaced our roof, put up a new privacy fence, and replaced our older sliding glass doors with new double french doors. It all looks awesome.
