Even with the fluctuations in the weather, Craftsman completed our roofing job on schedule and very quickly. It looks great! We love the new-for-us architectural look and have a peace of mind due to their warranty policy. Everyone who was in the office and on site was nice and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Chris Cole is a very honest hard working man. He was very up front and took care of my initial shingle issues. He met my insurance company twice although they did not help on the new roof. The crew was great, very hard workers who did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Craftsman.

We had our first experience with Chris Cole at Craftsman Roofing in the Spring 2023. Our roof was replaced in 2011 after Tuscaloosa’s tornado. That contractor left a strip of shingles off and left us exposed so eventually our roof would leak. The first roofer we spoke to said we just needed a new roof. Chris disputed that and took photos showing us what needed repairs. His price was reasonable and we really trusted his judgment. Forward a few months and we found a slow leak. Chris came back repaired the one spot at no charge. He kept his word from earlier that if it leaked again he would patch it. I mean what more can you ask for that a guy that gets the job done and stands by his word. God bless him and keep him. He’s our roof guy from now on. He’s the guy that’s going to get the referral. Definitely check with Craftsman Roofing and ask for Chris Cole!

So here's the saga of our roof. We moved to this small rural town and bought a little home that's over 90 years old. It is part of the historic district of town. After an inspection, before buying, the inspector told us that we had about 3 or 4 years left on this roof. The First big rain that came began our education with roofing companies. We had several drips around the house. If there were a chance of rain, wed just proactively put out buckets to catch the water. I called several local companies and contractors. Some simply didn't show up for the appointment and couldn't be reached again, and others would say they had "someone else" that could do it. Only 1 person actually showed up to look at it. I broadened my search and called several other companies in the closest larger city, which was around Tuscaloosa, AL. This is where we found Chris and Craftsman Roofing. First of all, he said he'd be there the next day at a determined time, and he was! Very professional and super knowledgeable. He did work on my roof and did some repairs, even a place where water was coming in through a crack between the porch and where it attaches to the house. Well.....the first rain, we had a leak. Chris immediately came back the next morning and did more repairs. After a couple of visits we realized that we were just fighting a losing battle as it came to the old roof. I live on a pension, so I had to finance the price of a roof. Chris can help with this process also. When it finally came time to replace the roof, a crew showed up on time early one morning as scheduled. For 2 days they worked in 110° heat index temperatures and worked hard. They had to cut out sections of the roof and replace old wood and replace some rotted trim, all of which they were prepared for. Chris' crew installed some of the best roofing products that are made today. We now have a 25 year roof, with attic venting, and Chris recommended a good man to install gutters. This old home had no gutters. So.....in 3 days we had a new roof and gutters with downspouts. The prices were very reasonable, the crews were always on time and worked quickly, efficiently, and did things correctly. After completion, you could hardly tell they had ever been there.....except for the beautiful new roof and gutters.
Seriously, give Chris a call before anyone else. You'll receive professional service and quality products from a professional company.

When my home had a unique problem (it’s a hexagon shaped house, that leads to lots of unique problems) we didn’t really know who to call.
