CraftMasters took care of about half our neighborhood after the windstorms this Spring. I picked them up after extremely positive reviews from my neighbors. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Gary was awesome to work with and went to battle with my insurance company on my behalf. I highly recommend the CraftMasters team for your roofing and Exterior needs!

The work was done quickly and well. The project manager, Zack Gossmann, was attentive and thorough and went above and beyond to take care of all the details.

We are VERY pleased with the new roof, new gutters and new facia trim that Craftmaster’s installed for us. Robert, the general contractor was very professional and listened to our concerns. He always responded quickly whenever we contacted him. The roofers and gutter guys were professional, timely and worked until the jobs were completed. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards as well. We would definitely call them again if we ever needed their services.

Please be aware if you plan to or are already using this company: We had to have a portion of our roof and carpet replaced. This company had agreed to complete the entire job. We ordered the carpet and padding. They told us they would pick both up on their way to our house to install. After they were late arriving, we called to find out where they were and if they had picked up the materials. When they finally responded, they told us they had not picked up the materials as they had originally told us they would. My husband left to pick up the materials. When they arrived, I let them know (while my husband also had told the owner over the phone) that my husband would be back with the materials as soon as possible. They would not respond to me and left. I asked them why they were leaving and again they did not respond. They just drove off. After attempting several times to contact the owner, he said they weren’t going to stay since we had to pick up the product. They had originally stated they would be the ones picking up the product. This was completely unprofessional. We went with someone else to have the carpet replaced. If that wasn’t bad enough, please be very cautious of this company because they also gave our home address to other customers. We live on a private lane and had several people driving down our lane, violating our privacy, and turning around kicking up gravel causing the gravel to kick up and hit our vehicle. When we asked the owner about this he denied it. We then let him know one of the people who came down to check out our house specifically told us it was this company who gave out our address. For your own privacy and time go with a different company!

I’ll start with I think they did a good job with our repairs. We had storm damage and needed a new roof, soffit, and some siding. Under the siding they found some water damage and fixed that as well. So far, we are satisfied with the work. I am not happy with the workers and clean up. They left so many nails in our yard, driveway, sidewalk, and landscaping. Zach would come nightly and talk about how bad it was and pick up nails. He would say over and over that he would have them bring a magnet but it never happened. It’s been about 9 months and I am still finding a few here and there. Also, one guy smoked. That’s his choice but he threw his cigarette butts all over the yard. Another chewed gum. He threw his wrappers in the landscaping and would spit his gum on our driveway. My husband pointed it out one day but they didn’t seem to care. I’ve always heard workers should leave a place in as good of shape or better than when they showed up. This did not happen. Zach was our person of contact. He was nice. There are plenty of roofing companies that do a good job. I would not use them again due to the other issues.

My experience with Craftmasters was top notch! I contacted them and by the next day Johnathan was here to give me a very fair estimate! Highly recommend!

Complete new roof in one day. Tear off to clean up all in one day 7AM to 4PM. Great people to work with, say what they will do and do what they said. Roof looks great!

My wife and I contacted Jordan and Matt with CraftMasters LLC to have our roof inspected for damage. They were quick to come out and do an inspection. After the inspection we met with our insurance adjuster and within a week we had our roof replaced. It was a very streamlined, stress free process. Our roof looks great and we haven’t had any issues at all. We couldn’t be happier.
