I just started working with Bernie and craftbuilt and so far it’s been a great experience! I’ll be back with an update once the process is finalized

these guys came knocking on my door saying they could get me a new roof for free and convinced me to file a claim with my insurance. so then my insurance is like, ok, we'll fix the damage but why would we replace the entire roof when only a small % of it is damaged? And then of course Craftbuilt is like, we're not going to waste our time fixing a roof vs a full replacement so then they jumped ship. OK, thanks for the insurance claim on my record and for wasting everyone's time. They were respectful and communicative the whole time but just beware their reps make promises they have no control over and they’re not interested in actually helping with roof issues, they just want full replacement jobs so if insurance says no, they’ll bail on you.

I got a knock on my door sometime in March when Bernie Nieto informed me that I may have damage due to a hail strom back in September of 2024 and that my insurace would pay for it. Of course I was intrigued and did my own research. After some back and forth with my insurance and getting a second appraisal at Bernie's suggestion, the claim was processed. Bernie and his crew came out shortly thereafter and in one day installed the new roof paid for by my homeowner's insurance. An unexpected bonus is that my insurance premium actually went down at renewal as the insurance company views the new roof as less risk. From beginning to end Bernie was instrumental in walking me through the process and explaining the steps that had to be taken and in explaining the details of roof installation. He was persistent in the best of ways, professional, courteous and I highly recommend him and Craftbuilt.

Xavier and the Craft building team did a great job replacing my roof. They were very helpful walking me through the process and working with my insurance. They came and replaced the roof in one day. Also, they put a lot of effort into protecting my landscaping and cleaning up after as if they'd never been there. He did my neighbors house as well and the roofs look great.

I'm super happy to work with Bernie and Craftbuilt Roofing he was excellent in getting us a brand new roof fully paid for by my insurance. All I had to pay was my deductible! Bernie took care of the whole process and I'm super grateful for his help. I will recommend Craftbuilt to all of my neighbors!!!

Bernie was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. His communication was great and was always checking in on the project to make sure everything was getting done. So grateful.

Excellent service deserves recognition. Rep David Cavalier cold knocked on my door, I had 3 quotes this summer from other companies that were hesitant about turning my roof into insurance. David felt confident he could get it done and he did! Excellent communication throughout the process and knocked what I thought would be a multi-day job out in 1 day. My concrete tile roof started leaking after 20 years of service. After a google search we called craftbuilt roofing and they were at our house same day for an estimate. They gave us an honest quote. They did not force sell us any unnecessary services. We only needed underlying felt replacement and that is what was done. It took two days and now we are as good as new. Pearce was with us all along the way. In the end we paid considerably less than our neighbors paid for similar services.

David Cavalier is the best project manager ever! Honest, attentive, hard working all around. Great experience from start to finsh, highly recommend.

Best roofing company I have dealt with! Got the roofs done within a week, most cases a few days!! Handled all the insurance claims so I only had to pay the deductible and even had 91 extra sheets of plywood put up they handled everything. Very personal and transparent with everything I needed!! The yard was left better than when started!! Always went above and beyond what was needed!! Love love them!! Very professional! I have recommended to many families and all have been very satisfied! I dealt with local roofing companies that were taking upwards of three months to get a roof, taken care of finally getting out from underneath them. Craft built came in and got it taken care of within a matter of days such a blessing.

Just completed installing a new roof from Craftbuilt. Pearce came highly recommended by neighbors who contracted with him. He did a great job keeping us informed through the process. In this day and age, it’s nice to know there are companies that take pride in their work.

Impressed more everytime we needed to interface with Pearce & Brandon. Did what they said was to happen and clean up was very comprehensive. The workers were polite and friendly. We have a dog in the fenced yard and they were careful with the gates all the time. Craftbuilt finished up quickly and that allowed to to get back to our normal routines. Kevin explained the whole process to us. He kept us informed of every step of the way. From how the insurance process works to the install. He made himself available to answer all the questions I had. He let us know when and how the work was going to be done, from when the materials would be delivered and workers onsite. The install went as scheduled and the final product was as advertised.

Craftbuilt Roofing worked with the insurance company and us to ensure our roof damage was completely covered and replaced. They did great work and our roof looks terrific!

I called these guys for a tile inspection on my roof here in the valley since I was worried about some potential damage from the recents storms, they got up and checked it out, let me know everything was in good shape! it’s a pleasure working with an honest roofer. All free of charge too!

We are truly grateful to CraftBuilt for their hard work in getting our very old and damaged roof replaced. They helped us through the process of filing an insurance claim and went above and beyond to follow through with that claim. Our sales rep, David, kept us informed the entire time. He was patient with our schedules and did everything he could to make our experience pleasant and positive. The workers who put on the roof were courteous of us and our property. They did a beautiful job putting up the roof and replacing some rotten boards that we weren't aware of. We are very pleased and also very grateful for everyone's time and efforts to help us get our new roof installed.

David Cavalier w/ Craftbuilt Roofs stopped by gave us Free Inspection, he's very professional, friendly, detailed & if he don't know the anwser he'll go find it. He helped us file a claim on the spot & had an Ins. Adjuster w/ us the next day & she gave us a replacement approval that same day costing us only our Deductible.
David's roof crew are punctual & caring of our property they traveled 3.5hrs from Phoneix to be here in Lakeside by 6am.
Our Snow Roof covers our 60x14 MH and it was Completed all in same day before noon, they did a great job throughout the whole process & especially cleaning up. Our Roof looks great!  We researched the material they used & it's High Quality & Long Lasting, one of 3 on the Top List.
We really appreciate David & his Crew- they sure are a great team & know how to get it done.  We highly recommand Craftbuilt!

Chongo knocked on my door and did a free roof inspection. He noticed hail damage and said my insurance could potentially pay for my roof. Shortly after he met with the insurance inspector and ended up getting my whole roof paid for by my insurance! They just finished my roof and it looks amazing. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards and left my house in perfect condition!

I couldn't be more happy with the results! We had a bad hail storm the beginning of August and my roof had taken damage. Craftbuilt was going door to door and asked if I wanted them to take a look. I informed them I already put in a claim with my insurance and had an adjuster quote, and they took it from there. They were the conduit between my insurance and I didn't have to do anything. From the date they first stopped by, to a week in a half later I had a brand new roof. They even lobbied for my shed to get a new roof too. Super professional timely, and very responsive.

Overall, my experience with Craftbuilt Roofing was outstanding. The transformation from my old wood shake roof to asphalt shingle was amazing. What truly stood out for me was the extra mile they went by addressing an issue with my facia board. Without any additional charge, they took the initiative to repair and upgrade the facia board and I thought that was delightful. Thanks so much Craftbuilt! You did awesome. We are very happy with the roof.
