They did a great job on the install. Communication could have been better between sales and eagle carports manufacturing and installation

all i want to say is so far so good. it would have been nice to have better and more conversation with the lead man. it takes some time to test things out in different kinds of weather.

We love our new building. 30x50x16 with a 12 foot lean, they had it finished in 3 days. We are very impressed.

Excellent work. Everyone carried their load. Got it done in 2 days including a 4 hr drive to site on first day. Would highly remind this crew for further builds.

They arrived early and built my carport way faster than I expected them to. Didn’t leave a mess and everything looks great. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Gilberto Ramirez and crew did an awesome job. Not to mention the carport was far better structure than I imagined it would be. Will by from again!!!

WOW, I am impressed with my new carport and install. The installers were fast, efficient and cleaned up behind themselves which wasn't much cleaning to do. These guys are excellent and you can tell they know what they are doing. Of course it's only been up a few hours but it seems to be sturdy and will protect my SUV from the elements come what may. Why did I wait so long? I don't have a legitimate excuse. The whole process was quick from choosing exactly what I wanted, setting the install date and the actual installation of the Carport. The size I got was 18x18x7 ft.. I feel I made a good decision .

The building looks great. The crew worked like a machine. There was a few snags but it was handled very quickly. When someone had whited out our wainscot at the bottom the person we spoke to in Nashville TN loaded it on her truck and brought it the next day. The only glitch that was a little difficult was not one person on the crew spoke English. They would have to call the person that could and then that person would either call me or have them come get me so we could talk. We even downloaded a translation app to try and communicate with the crew. Other than the language barrier everything went very well. Would recommend Eagle and their crews to anyone. The building is fantastic.

Our installer was Isidro Pavon Gonzalez. Very fast and top notch service. His crew knew exactly what to do and they were all very polite and did not leave a mess. I will definitely do business with them again.

My husband had a 30 x 75 building installed. The crew was on time, hard workers, went above and beyond to make us satisfied. The building is perfect and installation was an easy process from start to finish. Juan and his crew are the best and I would gladly use them again if needed.

The crew of Isidro Pavon Gonzalez was very nice and very hardworking guys!! They worked past dark trying to get our awning up for our camper. Isidro was very relaxed and easy going as well as very knowledgeable at what he does! I give him 5 stars and hope he is the same guy that does my shop when the rest of the materials come in!

It got dark on us so could not get a picture of it being totally completed.

The 3 guys started just before 7am and were driving away by 11:30. They seemed to be organized and professional. Other than a little difficulty in communicating ( I don’t speak Spanish), it went very well!! Diego and his crew did a fine job!

Juan Sanchez and his crew came in and assembled our carport in no time. It is perfect! They were very friendly, informative, fast and efficient. They cleaned up everything before they left and made sure we were happy with it. I would definitely use them again!

My carport is great. I was able to get the answers I needed when I needed them about the carport ahead of time, which made it easier to get the land ready for installation. The installers were quick and efficient, no matter who they were. There wasn’t a call ahead for the install. If anything, that’s something that could be sorted out in the future.

We are please with our carport & the installers were excellent & know their jobs very well & cleaned up the area before leaving. Highly recommend

Eagle Carports was amazing to work with. They built a structure on our property and it looks amazing. The service was amazing too, great experience. The quality of the work is great. The personnel always wanted to make it what we wanted, super willing to help. I would highly recommend them!

Used to be a dealer for this company. They sent a crew of illegals to a customers house for the install. The crew did not finish and "left" that evening to stay in a hotel. They did not go to a hotel, rather they squatted in my customers RV. They slept in the bed with no sheets used the bathroom, and stole items. I would be very careful when considering them because of the prices.

Had I read these reviews prior to buying (which I almost always do) I probably wouldn't have chose them. Fortunately, my project with them went extremely well and their prices were some of the lowest. I got the feeling they've learned their lesson regarding past mistakes in handling customers & problems. The local (Nashville, Tn area) installers (also spoke no English) were very experienced and strict about the building being aesthetically sharp and structurally sound. If your project is large or technically challenging, contact their technical manager (Felipe) at their home office in Mt Airy, NC. He's one of the best along with being very personable (incl. returning calls !). Lastly, if you thoroughly vet the competition, both manufacturers & independent sales offices, you'll quickly learn how unscrupulous most of them are when compared to Eagle. Seriously !

I have reported this place to the BBB. My husband had them build our Garage.. They put on a damaged door that they attempted to hide the damage by spray painting the damaged spots. . The door locks that were put on were bent. Not a single person that came out to build the building spoke a word of English so when they finished they wanted me to sign some papers but I couldn't ask them a single thing regarding the work or the paperwork.. When we contacted them about the problems we had they just continued to give us a run around regarding the damage.. So they have been reported and we are still dealing with that whole process ..

Bad experience with customer service said it would be done one day wasn't done until next day supposed to be in afternoon on the 13 th got a called around 3 pm running late at 8 pm worker called be there on the 14 th pretty bad you pay up front get charge 2 percent for a debit card and your late yes worker no complain would not recommend to other

Fran is awesome. New property has snags here and there and unexpected hurdles, Fran helped me with all of it.

Would not recommend or purchase. They do not stand behind their warranty or workmanship. I purchased a building they installed and within 30 days contacted them that the back door and ceiling leaked and garage door chain came off the gear. They sent a crew to out to repair and they wanted to caulk the ceiling from the inside on the roof. On the back door they said that the prior crew installed it backwards and probably because they didn’t put it on before the siding went up and garage door was installed incorrectly. Company is refusing to repair their incompetent installation. I am contacting the BBB and Attorney General to prevent this from happening to others.

Drove 250 miles to pick up a carport that was supposed to be ready,it's a week later and it still isn't ready,office personnel very rude at first and was not very productive on trying to figure out what happend with order,to them everything was corporates falt,see what happens next week

The crew from eagle carports consisted of 3 men and they did the work of a 8 man crew! I own a commercial roofing company and I’ve never seen 3 men put up a 30’x60’ garage with 2 10x10’ roll up doors and 2 walk in doors in less than 8 hours. It was absolutely amazing and they paid attention to the details on the trim and made sure everything was perfect!! They cleaned up all the scrap metal and even ran a magnet to pick up any dropped screws!!

After the installation crew left we found numerous steel screws left in the gravel drive and parking area that would totally destroy a tire. I asked them to come back with a magnet or something to ensure I didn’t get one in our tires and they refuse to respond. If I get a flat due to their negligence I will hold them totally responsible for the repairs and all other expenses Incurred. Sloppy work.

The local dealer is great but eagle carports is horrible. if the dealer fails you and steels your deposit, they will not do anything to help you. They will give you an install date and it will get pushed out months until they finally install your building and once they do, it will be poor quality.

I got my carport in November I was not told that it would need an extra almost $600 when kit when I ordered it but I paid the man with a bank certified check 1820 101 and I ordered the wind kit and they kept refusing to come out and put it in telling me that I never paid for the carport they cash the carport check December 3rd and today I was accused falsely by three people that I had not paid for the carport three different people including the installer today is December 7th the check was cashed December 3rd this is horrible business

I have bought 3 of their carports to use for my goats, love them their work is quick, delivery was quick, and will buy from tem again
