I was very satisfied with the entre experience.

Blake is very knowledgable about insurance issues. I told him my concerns about my insurance not wanting to cover the cost of replac ing my roof, due to wind damadge.

He assured me that he was very used to dealing with insurance companies, and that when he he submitted his paperwork to them, that they would for sure approve his estimate to do my roof. He told me that I would only pay the deductible for the roof, and he was absolutely correct about all that. The end result was exactly as promised.

Blake was out when his crew first arrived in the morning with his crew to make sure everything was being done correctly.

The Roof looks Great !!!!!

Blake and his crew, did a Great Job, and the cleanup of all those shingles was Amazing.

I have not found one nail, or one piece of a shingle on the ground after they were done with installation of the roof.

I was super impressed with A-Team Roofing. Alex and Ethan came to my home and did a complementary inspection. They were nice enough to fix several roofing nails that had rusted and some shingles that needed replaced. I am going to use The A-Team to replace my roof. A Team roofing did an excellent job on our new roof installation. They were super fast and finished the job in one day. Blake was very helpful and efficient in coordinating the whole thing and helped me pick a shingle color that was very similar to our existing roof. Later, when we had a problem, Blake came back out to our house to check our roof. Turns out it was something different entirely but he and his crew were able to pinpoint the issue, even crawling through our attic to find it. ATeam was the right choice in contractors! Blake was the project manager for my job and he was always helpful and quick to respond! Once we were ready to move forward, Blake got us scheduled and the job completed in less than a week! The crew that came out was fast and efficient, they finished my roof in 1 day and the cleaned up and took the trash from the old roof away. I would use ATeam again if the need ever arises!

Our roof was 30 years old, but we also had damage from March 3 storm. We got bids from 2 different roofers and chose A-Team. Blake was our first & main contact and was very responsive any time I contacted him. He worked with our insurance company to make sure we got what was required by them. He explained things well so we could make the right decision. Alan was also very helpful on the day the work was done to make sure all was going as it should. We were communicated with throughout the day. The roofing team arrived on 05-03-23@0730 as scheduled and they worked almost nonstop until 8 pm to finish the job. It was too dark to complete the clean up that day, but another crew of three hard working young women came the next day to get rid of work debris and make sure no screws were left. A team roofing made everything so easy and quick. Most of our neighborhood's roofs are still in disrepair after march's storm but A team roofing came out quick and installed our roof with absolutely no issues. Alan and Blake were absolutely wonderful to work with. Alan made sure he was here with the insurance inspector ON A SUNDAY to make sure the inspector saw everything he saw warranting a new roof from the insurance company. The crew that was here cleaned up as if they were never here and we've had roof repairs before from other companies and had a flat tire by now. No nails to be found. Not only did they fix the roof, they also had some scrap metal and were able to fix the fascia as well. They did NOT have to do that and we are so thankful for their generosity in donating their time to do that. 100% recommend A team roofing, Alan, Blake and the installation crew.

Our roofing experience Cody and his team was one of excellence. We had storm damage and things were leaking and flapping on the roof. We had never arranged to do a roof before, and our insurance company balked at doing this. Cody handled them with professionalism and experience in his Company and the materials they use throughout the process. They did a superb job. We were the first on our street to have our roof done. This company goes above and beyond just selling you a roof replacement... They fought with my insurance company with me to make sure that my roof was replaced properly and not just patched up. It was a 6-month process but A Team was there with me the whole way.

I did my due diligence researching several companies and obtaining 3 quotes. I figured dealing with roofing contractors would be similar to car salesmen. However, i was wrong. All three companies were very informative and professional. A TEAM and project manager Cody stood above the rest. He was very knowledgeable and professional. First, I would like to say thank you. A-Team Roofing and their team of experts made this such an easy process and I can't say thank you enough. From the time that their team showed up to the time that the last truck pulled out of the driveway, they were nothing short of amazing. What I thought was going to be a few month process, was start to finish less than a month. In today's standards where all building materials are scarce and hard to find, I feel that this is a pretty amazing turn around.

After they inspected my roof for hail damage, they were onsite when the insurance adjuster came. The first report came back "no damage" which did not agree with A-Team's findings, and they suggested I request second inspection. Once again Cody and Luke were here to meet with the second inspector. End result, insurance approved full replacement

I called Scott Rodgers at A-Team roofing after a windstorm ripped some shingles off my ridge cap leaving a hole that needed tarping. The very same day Scott was out and got it covered up for me. He helped me get the claim process started and provided a quick estimate. The claims process with my insurance company proved to be a challenge as the insurance company made several errors and fought my claim every step of the way. After months of back and forth and 3 adjusters later, the A-team stuck with me and I finally got a new roof approved. I could not have done this without the expert support of Scott and the A-Team. Their knowledge, professionalism and thoroughness was second to none. Throughout the process, Scott and his colleague Dewey were on time and extremely responsive. The crew was fantastic and they got our home taken care of as promised. The clean up was impeccable. I am very pleased with the job they did.

James and his team did my roof just a few weeks before a big straight-line wind storm we had in the spring, and I had no issues on the roof. James McKnight and the whole A-Team Roofing crew were responsive, responsible, easy to work with, and incredibly reliable. James went above and beyond helping us choose high-quality shingles that were perfect for our house and didn't break the bank. He moved quickly, got us under roof in two days, without any damage to our landscaping or drive. And he did all of this with us out of town, which was remarkable. Project manager Cody Pennington understands the roofing business thoroughly and bends over backward to be helpful. We had storm damage in the fall, and after examining its extent he ably explained the situation to our insurance company and went the proverbial extra mile during the ensuing inspections. Not only did he meet the adjuster at our house (whose roof A-Team would replace), but going well beyond the call of duty he accompanied the adjuster and me to our farm 13 miles away to co-inspect a barn roof which would be repaired by another company! Walking both roofs alongside the adjuster, he made every effort to ensure that no detail of the damage was overlooked. He then worked with me patiently while we waited for a suitable day weather-wise for installation of asphalt shingles (I was very particular about that), and when the day of installation finally came he was on site to supervise the work every step of the way. A window (very hard to reach in an attic gable accessible only by a 3-story ladder) was broken by accident that day, and he did not rest until members of the crew came out within a very few days to replace it. Throughout the process he acted not just as a (very capable) businessman but as a friend. The new roof has performed flawlessly throughout a very rainy spring—and it’s beautiful (I recommend Pewter!). It hardly needs to be added that I also recommend Cody and A-Team Roofing in the highest terms.

Service after the sale!

Where do I begin. This company and their Project Manager Cody Pennington are amazing. Several weeks ago I was selling my house and even though A-Team roofing had just put a new roof on the 4 months earlier the buyer wanted a roof inspection. All I had to do was call Cody and he drove up on a Sunday and inspected the roof and sent me a letter to give to the buyer. Most companies are done with you after they cash your check. Not these guys. Every time we get a bad storm in our area Cody sends me a text checking on me. They truly care about their customers.

About a week ago Cody was driving through my neighborhood. He saw me up on a ladder in the back of a pick-up truck trying to reach my 2nd story window (I know, not the smartest ideas). Even though he was on his way to meet a potential client, he stopped and let me use his ladder. He could have just drove by and I would never have known he was in the area but he saw that I needed help and stopped. That's good people! I am happy to recommend Cody Pennington and A-Team Roofing to anyone I know in need of a roofer.

I am a little more than stunned, actually. I found out last Monday that I had to have a new roof. I was in a time-frame pinch to have roofing done before I could finalize a refinance on my house. And, I was a little more than lightly disheartened, actually, thinking that it was an impossible feat to get a roof in the available time to my deadline. The amount of determination, planning, coordinating and professional care it took for James McKnight and A-Team Roofing to accomplish this for me in this amount of time I was feeling "crunched" by is unprecedented, I think. My dad was in construction, when I was growing up, so I have spent a good deal of time around it, helping and understanding various aspects of that industry...but this blows my mind! Seriously, I have not seen this level of expertise from contractors before this. No B.S., just straight A+ mentality, attitude and service! Highest recommendation!

Wow, James is absolutely one of, if not the, most honest straight up roofers I've ever encountered. I wish they did more than roofing so I could give him my business! Called A-Team Roofing after the tornado ripped through East Nashville. He could have easily told me my roof was damaged/needed to be repaired, especially since literally 3 blocks away the houses were completely leveled. Rather than doing that, he walked around on top of my roof, did a couple laps around the house and told me my roof looks great. SO MUCH peace of mind to hear a professional say that, and says a lot about him as a person/small business owner to not take advantage like other roofers have been. Honest, wonderful local business. Look no farther.
