First things first, they were VERY personable. I called and within 30mins they were at my home looking at my issue. They discovered the problem and scheduled the repair for the very next day. The next day, they showed up just like they said ON TIME and completed the job. They promised that if I ever had any more issues regarding this particular situation, they would be happy to address it.

This company and the person I worked with, Daniel O’Connor, were great to work with! Answered all questions, took great attention to detail, and worked with insurance to make things very smooth. I can’t recommend them highly enough, they’re amazing.

I just pulled in the driveway and was parking in the garage. At the end of the garage, I could see a guy is waving at me. I went to find out what he wanted and it was Daniel from Cox Roofing & Restoration. He said he was doing drone inspections of roofs in the neighborhood. I told him I didn’t have a problem with the roof but needed one of the decorative copper pieces at the very top of the roof re-attached. It had blown off during a storm. Getting someone out to do just that has been difficult. Showed Daniel the piece and he said he could re-attach it. I asked how much and he said no cost! He said he would get their truck to come around with a ladder. Next thing I knew, there was another guy (Justin). Daniel & Justin were checking out how best to get to the pitched roof. Then another guy pulled up with a ladder. Then another guy with another ladder.
They decided it was best to climb on the side porch roof using an extension ladder then, using a fold up ladder, climb up the pitched roof.
At least three of them were on the roof. And then they all came down and the piece was reattached.
All they asked was a good review which I’m happy to leave.

Davie Cox and his team were professional and great to work with. They did an amazing job on our roof and gutters, it really transformed the look of our house. Several months later when we went to sell our home we had short notice to provide some paperwork related to the roof. Davie went above and beyond, hand delivery the paperwork to our home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Davey re-roofed my commercial building In the Dogtown neighborhood. We casually met when he was shopping at my location and told me he’d be happy to provide a quote on the roof. Where others quoted as much as $100,000, Davey came in and did a great job for around $25,000! After completing the work, he’s checked in multiple times to be sure there are no additional leaks. It’s been a great experience. Then, my father’s home got hit by the storm and he had inadvertently let his homeowners insurance lapse. And the shingles on his roof are no longer made. Davey not only helped me source the shingles, went out of his way more than an hour on a trip out of state to pick up the load and have them delivered.His next job is the roof on my home! He’s also just a really nice guy! Over the course of knowing him, I’ve grown to think of him as a friend as much as someone to turn to when I have a roofing need!

I have had a few very good interactions with Cox Roofing and Restoration. They were very upfront and and kept me informed thru the entire process of my roof getting done. I was helped with my insurance company and what I needed to talk to them about. They explained to me exactly what they were doing and done my roof in a very timely manner. I was very happy and totally liked their work. I would recommend them to my friends or neighbors. The owner Dave even came to the house and talked to me during the process. In my opinion- they are about their business and making us customers feel right.
