He went above and beyond to help me through the entire process of my roofing needs-- from him personally dealing with my home insurance company, and answering any questions I had, to finding solutions for anything that I needed. I rarely have an experience with anything, where it all goes perfectly. But I did with Cox Roofing. From the price to the quality and punctuality of service, I can’t say anything other than I would highly recommend.

Cox roofing inspected our roof, repaired any shingle damage, soft washed , and sprayed with protective coating. They were very professional and did a great job at a very reasonable price.

Wonderful people to work with to get my roof replaced. Family owned company and such sweet ladies in the office. The price was affordable compared to other quotes I received. They had it completed, all debris picked up and stray nails removed from the yard in under 12 hours.

Phenomenal customer service and top quality work! Jay did a thorough inspection and estimate and was able to get me exactly the color I wanted even though it was thought to be out of stock. Nancy in the office was so incredibly kind and helpful, walking me through the whole payment plan process making it so easy and was able to get me on the schedule in very short notice. The team that actually did the labor were so efficient that my roof was stripped and halfway done being replaced before I even got to the house that afternoon on my scheduled day, even replacing some decking that was going bad and thoroughly cleaned all debris from my yard. 1 year later and my roof is still in perfect shape with no leaks and Tracy in the office was able to find all my documentation for warranty and receipt on file to resend to me after I accidentally deleted them, going as far as to call me back to be sure the emails came through for me. This is the go-to team for all your roofing needs, they'll be sure you don't have to worry about a thing!

We bought our house last year and roof had been replaced in 2021. We recently had storms and lost a few shingles. I tried to reach person that replaced roof and could not get him. Brother-in-law recommended Cox Roofing. I called and Jay showed up the same day, gave me a quote and got repair scheduled for the next week. Guy came out and repaired roof, left no mess and you can’t tell where repair was made. Would highly recommend.

Cox is great! I had seamless gutters installed with leaf guards last week and the work was done quickly and on time and the gutters look like they’ve always been part of the house. The leaf guards are metal, not plastic like some popular commercial brands and the cost is competitive. I highly recommend Cox for gutter installation.

I called cox roofing and was given a quote the very next day. The estimate was exactly what I anticipated, Mr. Cox ordered the shingles that night and I had a new roof within a week after the very first call. Very pleased with the whole experience and I highly recommend this company.

I recommend Cox roofing. The owner, Scott I think, came out gave me the most reasonable estimate I could’ve asked for. I mean I probably could’ve done it myself for more but then it wouldn’t be right. Then, as if the total tear off of my existing roof and replacing it with a 50 year roof potentially keeping the house dry until I pay it off they sent me an amazing thank you gift and continue to check in to make sure the more than superior roof they put up was still just at amazing… bar none the best experience I’ve had as a homeowner in Gulfport.
In closing, 10/10 definitely recommend even if you don’t need a roof replacement… the experience is worth it.
I wish I took pictures but picture a 100 year old house two blocks from the beach…. Now picture it with a new roof.

We love our new roof! Each person involved was courteous and professional. The quality of the work is excellent. Circumstances caused a delay in the job. After no one showed up a couple days when expected, I called the office and found out why. Had the communication and time it took to complete the job been better, I would have given 5 stars without hesitation.

As I sit here typing this, it is raining. You know what though? For the first time in forever, I’m not stressed about it. My ceiling will not soak up another drop of water. My mom is 89 years old, and owns a log/cedar home. Another roofer had done such a and job that we had to file a claim, and her insurance was canceled due to too many claims. Then her insurance company, which she had been with for 50+ years, canceled her. We called Cox, and they had done some repairs to correct the sloppy work done previously. Mr. Hauenstein did an great job of inspection and documentation, and communicating to the insurance company. His follow-through was awesome, and we were able to do some minor repairs to the post supporting a corner of the porch, saving us thousands of dollars over having work done that was not necessary. These are really ethical folks, who helped my mom tremendously. Many thanks to Cox Roofing for not taking advantage of an elderly woman in a vulnerable position.

I really enjoyed working with everyone (even though no one looks forward to having to put a new roof on...lol) at Cox Roofing from when Drake came out to take a look at the roof the first time for an estimate , to communicating with Tracy at the Office or other office help and the guys that installed the roof. I needed a roof installed on a patio cover I built using my materials I purchased before a lot of rain came in. They worked with me and came out the next day and got it done within about 3 hours and did a great job. Very nice people, professional, and did a quality job. Worth every penny. I will use them again and recommend you do the same!

Cox Roofing done a great job on our new roof and a few months later when we thought we had a leak they come out and changed vents and then cut an access hole in the roof for the A/C man once they realized it wasn't a roof leak and the came back and fixed it all back afterwards free of charge. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof work done. GREAT COMPANY

Very satisfied with the shingles replacements by Cox Roofing. They arrives as promise and did a terrific job with the clean up. Jonathan returned and inspected the job and corrected a few minor concerns I had. New roof looks great and I highly recommend this company.

Had a leak around my chimney. Jonathan set a man on a Sunday to correct my issue. He did the repair in the extreme heat of the day. Happy I went with Cox.

I highly recommend this company! They showed up when they said they would, did the job quickly and efficiently and when they were through they left my yard SPOTLESS!

Considering how the area has been slammed with storms and needed roof repair along with supplies of quality shingles being in short supply, Jonathon and Tracy did what it took to complete our job. Crew was professional, polite and diligent in completing job. Thanks Cox roofing.

Ultimately, Cox successfully replaced our roof, but it took multiple returns to our home to complete the job properly. They were not good communicators, on four separate occasions they told me they would arrive on a specific date and time to do the work, and then they did not show nor did they call to say plans had changed. Multiple returns were necessary to complete the job because details from our estimate did not make it into the work order. Mr. Cox got involved and ensured everything ultimately was done right and at the estimated cost. We are grateful to have our roof repaired, but breaking four appointments without the courtesy of a phone call is unprofessional.
