Reliable Roofing provided us with a thorough and honest evaluation of our roof! We were contacted by both our existing insurance company, as well as another local roofing company, and told that our roof was in poor condition and in need of replacement. However, neither the insurance company nor the other roofing contractor, actually got on our roof to inspect it. We called Reliable Roofing to sort out the confusion. From our conversation with Chaise in the office to the actual inspection with Allen, the entire process was smooth (scheduled and resolved in the same week). And we actually received an honest assessment that our roof did NOT need to be replaced at this time. At a time when it's not unordinary for companies to tell you to pay for things you DON'T need, it was a blessing to work with a company that cared more about me as a customer than the bottom dollar. We will be returning to Reliable Roofing with our future roofing needs.

We would like to recommend Reliable Roofing for your roofing needs. We live out of state and our parents needed a replacement roof. Representative Jack Varnado came out to provide a quote for work to be performed. He worked with our parents explaining the roofing options and other options to finance the work to be performed. We contacted Mr. Varnado and discussed some improvement options for the roof replacement. We feel he was very accommodating with our questions and feedback. He even assisted our parents with processing of paperwork with the finance company. After a couple more visits to assist with the updated quote and paperwork, the roof replacement proceeded. The work crew from Reliable roofing showed up and worked through the entire roof replacement in less than a day! Additional feedback from our parents was they were impressed by the work and especially the clean up afterwards. The crew left no debris behind, leaving the lawn and area around the home better then what they found it. Great Job by the Reliable Roofing Team, especially for Mr. Varando going above and beyond on the quote, purchasing and completing the job in record time.

We had gutters put in by reliable roofing it was the worst job I've ever seen. After 2 days of putting 80 ft of gutters in I sent guy home. They sent a real gutter man this time. He said it was done improper. He had to rehang everything. Then after this guy left one downspout wasn't connected. Still hanging loose. To much money for the work the did $2700. Got me once but never again. The first guy even cut my drip edge on overhang to short. Would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I hired this company to replace the gutters around my patio, I paid the down payment on 5/12, I called on 6/15 to see what the hold up was, the guy answering the phone basically said that my order had fallen through the cracks and that someone would call me back, no one called., I called back on 6/16 and asked for a refund , I was told that it couldn't be credited back to my credit and they would send a paper check , I called back at four(4) times and still no check only the run around , I finally reported this American Express and they were able to issue a refund to my card. I would not recommend this company.

I had roof repair, later I started having a leak had video sent to reliable after several attempts finally came out some tar on the spot little while later started leaking again called and sent video said they haven't forgotten me, but my roof is steady leaking every time I call the person say he would give my messages to the right person, but I don't get call I don't like leaving reviews like this but I had no other choice I don't recommend this company to anyone not trustworthy I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY I payed a lot of money for the repair and if I pay for something I expect to get the great service.If I could I would give this company a negative 10 they would come and keep in touch doing the job, but after the job I had leaks now you don't get returned calls, they're very untruthful company, again NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Chase the technician came out to provide me a professional inspection and quote of my roof. He gave me a thorough inspection of my roof and gave me an overall very professional experience of their entire process. I highly recommend this company.

Quoted a seemingly reasonable price for a vent boot repair , upon watching repair tech , noted that all was done was pull up old shingles and laid new boot over existing shingles. Replaced shingle row above and caulked for an outrageous amount of money...a job that should have been maybe 500 dollars was charged 999...way to too much. Contacted production super to my dismay claimed that is what they charge for that type if work.
I am horrifically dismayed and would not recommend these guys for future work .

After a severe hail storm in 2020 I contacted Reliable Roofing for a roof replacement. They worked with me and my insurance company, and helped me to get approval for a complete replacement. The workers showed up on time and were very thorough. They replaced the entire roof in one day. Clean up was done very well. After everything was complete an inspector with the company came out to ensure the work was done to the highest levels; which it was. I am extremely satisfied with my new roof and it looks great!

Allen was excellent with his presentation, starting with a diagnosis video taken upon the roof, to breaking down the company and their business model, practices, and ethics, all while sourcing a reputable portfolio. Had we decided to repair the roof, this company would have been it. I hope the next owners to the house will consider doing business with them.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND dealing with them. DO NOT PAY UNTIL ROOF TOTALLY COMPLETE. $37k (+) UNFINISHED ROOF. Was told they did all their work in-house we waited over 4 months and roof still not completed. UESD QUESTIONABLE OUTSIDE 3rd party roofers. Rain from open roof caused mold. Their machines busted the side walk in the front, tore up the yard with tire tracks. They won't wont say when they will finish. We've been GHOSTED!!
