Although the truck is not an exact match for my needs, Dusti went above and beyond to locate trucks that are a closer match. She obtained more information for me than I even asked for, and it exceptionally helpful. Unlike many salespeople in the auto industry, the interaction was straight-forward and pleasant with no silly pressure tactics. I highly recommend that you ask for Dusti if you are in need of a Toyota (even if you don't see it on their lot - she will find it).

I came in to an appointment with Willie but he put me off on Tasha who was very friendly they both were but that’s not the issue. I sat for over 3 hours while they both handled other customers. Then ran my credit for the suv I wanted and although having internet issues I was told to come back the next day all the way from Hburg. I called the next day still had internet issues. When Willie did get back to me I was told the 1000 down payment was not getting me approved I upped it $500 more. Then was told about a whole other suv of an earlier year that I didn’t want. Long story short even after a 1500 down payment and a 2014 WORKING trade in I was told it was nothing that can be done for me. I’m disappointed because they ran my credit numerous times to still end up with no vehicle and to be told by another car lot due to how many times they ran it my score is a lot lower and I still have no vehicle and he sold the one he ran my credit for previously. I always heard such good things about this place but my experience was nothing like what I had heard.

Today was my first time to buy a new car. I didn’t really know what to expect and it made me extremely nervous. Randall Jackson is the salesman that helped me through the entire process.If you are going to buy a car from KIM’S……10 out of 10 I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for him. He isn’t pushy and doesn’t try to put you in a vehicle that isn’t right for you. He made sure to ask exactly what I wanted , the colors I preferred and explained everything to me about the process. He worked with me for a few days trying to find the right car that fit my criteria and I ended up in exactly what makes me happy. Between him and the team working with me they made sure that the price of the car, interest rate and payment were reasonable and affordable.I was able to get the loan, insurance and anything I needed right there at Kim’s. Randall even drove the car to my house to pick me up and bring me to the carlot . They helped me with EVERYTHING. My expectations were exceeded! I will definitely be using them for future purchases.
