Landlords are fair, hard working, and family oriented.
These folks are outstanding very caring and wife and I we love these folks they treat you like family.
Had ac back by noon!

The bugs were so bad, I ask them to please spray and was told I would have to leave for 2 days.
There was black mold because the roof and windows were leaking and they just painted over it.
Refused to give me back my security deposit upon moving out.

The bugs were so bad , I ask them to please spray and was told I would have to leave for 2 days before they could spray , I have no car and a dog , couldn't do . It took them forever to get me hot water 3 weeks and then it flooded the 20 ft trailer , roof leaked and never was fixed , wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The landlord Shannon refused to give me back my security deposit upon moving out, and if there were problems with the trailer things never got fixed, or they weren't fixed correctly. Also there was black mold because the roof and windows were leaking and they just painted over it and didnt fix the leaks until the floor bowed up more than 6 inches. One of the worst places I've rented from.

I lived here for several years. Landlords are fair, hard working, and family oriented. Also there is a nice clean laundry mat on site. Pets are welcome. Posted speed limit within is a must. I believe it's 15mph. Mainly very slow due to children and critters everywhere. The cat population was a bit out of hand as I recall
