I was shocked at how incredible it looked. It looked perfect, the metal fabrication and painting was of expert quality.
The staff was great to work with, friendly and I will not hesitate to take another vehicle to them.

I will use them again if necessary and I do recommend them.

The owner mr counce is a jerk, I got my car fixed here they lied to me about the price.
He does not respect women. He talks down to them and acts like he is above everyone!
I won't even get into the repair issues and how bad the paint looked!

I stopped there to see if they could do a mechanical job for me but they are Collision company. I spoke to the owner and he is very very knowledgeable on repairing your car but could not do the mechanic part. He did recommend me to a good mechanic and that mechanically recommended definitely will fix my car. My hats off to the owner of couch Collision Repair Incorporated

I had body work done on my 2008 Nissan Titan at Counce Collision repair.
They had to cut out rusty metal above a rear wheel well then fabricate a new section and lastly paint the new fabricated metal work.
I was shocked at how incredible it looked.
I had my doubts that they would be able to get it back to the original look.
They did !! It looked perfect, the metal fabrication and painting was of expert quality.
These men's skills are way above anything I have ever seen in my 71 years.
If you need body work done and want the best end results you need to go to Counce Collision Repairs.

Moved from Ohio to Arkansas in Sept 2019. At 02:30 in the morning, 2wks ago, I struck a deer with my 2015 Duramax Dually. I visited the local Chevy dealer and was referred to Counce Collision because the Chevy Dealer didn’t have a body shop. I Picked her up today. As I pulled up, she was washed and the damaged side was in the sun. She looked beautiful. The fender that was replaced and painted looked (paint color) like the original. It looked like a new truck.
The staff was great to work with, friendly and I will not hesitate to take another vehicle to them.

He talks down to them and acts like he is above everyone! Do what you want but there are other shops that will treat you better. I won't even get into the repair issues and how bad the paint looked! Terrible!!!!!
