Have used Cottrell Brothers for two projects over the last 3 years. Performance and completion of both projects was professional and workmanship was excellent, as was follow up. I recommend them highly.

Cottrell Brothers did an excellent job locating a water leak coming from the chimney through the plaster in our house. They were able to find the source, correct it and re plaster so it looked like new. Their care in containing all the mess really made a difference and prevented the dust from spreading throughout the house. A wonderful job Thank you Cottrells

I was in a bind, one of the stairs to the front entrance of my 3 family broke. I was in Chicago at the time and couldn't get back to fix it. I called the Cottrell Brothers and they came out promptly to fix it. I will be contacting them later in the year to replace the stairs entirely but with their repairs this will carry me over in the meantime.

John and Mike have always done an outstanding job of following through and completing the job to my satisfaction and done it as good carpenters with respect for me and my property. Their staff was respectful and very helpful. The site was always left clean at the end of the day. Changes to the original design were handled fairly and without incident.
