Excellent! I had Cottonwood (recommended by my amazing architect, Roland Hower) work on my home while I had another team of architect and GC work on another project. This literally gave me a side-by-side comparison of the two and the difference was nightmare and day. The Cottonwood team and Chris, our project manager, were great! It was obvious they took pride in their work and reputation. Cottonwood team acted as my advocate working with Subs to ensure top quality work. When issues came up, and all projects do, they were very responsive. There is good reason why Cottonwood is considered one of the best (and reasonably priced).
