Cotterman Roofing has been a trusted vendor of our company for the past few years. Their professionalism and attention to detail is what sets them apart of the competition. I would recommend them without hesitation.

After a quote and subsequent completed work totaling $4,000, the roof continued to leak. The crew returned to fix the leak. We were surprised a week later to receive another invoice for more than $400. They told us that the reason for additional cost was due to third party damage, but nobody had been on the roof other than Cotterman employees. We waited for the rain, sure enough, the roof leaked, this time from a puncture. We were again sent an invoice for close to $300. Again, the damage was said to be 'third party damage' and again, nobody had been on the roof except Cotterman employees. Cotterman did void the 3rd invoice after some discussion. We were asked never to call them again.
