Cornerstone worked with my insurance for the hail and wind damage on my roof which was a huge help. The roof installation was done timely and the crew did a great job!

I recently hired Cornerston Building & Restoration, LLC to replace my entire roof (to include a custom metal portico roof), gutters and siding due to hail damage. This was not a small job, and Cornerstone handled it with outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, and a personal touch that you can only get from a small family-owned business. Cornerstone handled all of the communications with my insurance company, which made for a seamless process and a pleasant experience. Communication on the project was consistent, to include routine follow ups and updates, and my house (which was built in 1996) received a complete exterior makeover with quality materials and craftsmanship that far exceeded expectations. It no longer looks like it's nearly 30 years old. If you need a new roof, siding, or gutters, you owe it to yourself to call this company. We liked working with Cornerstone’s Justin Ammons. He was very knowlegable about roofing, thoroughly explained all our options, and gave us a fair deal. The old roof was removed and the new roof was put on within two days. The crew did a good job cleaning up the debris from the removal and installation process. I highly reccommend Cornerstone and Justin Ammons if you need a new roof for your house. Photos of our new roof are attached. Many color selections were available.

Roof looks great! Actual replacement time only took a couple of days, and they worked with our schedule so it was very convenient.

From the first meeting until the siding and basement windows were done, everyone at Cornerstone is the epitome of responsive and professional. I was convinced that we wouldn't be able to get our siding replacement covered by insurance based on our prior experience with our insurance company. Justin proved me wrong. Justin guided me through the processes and handled much of it directly himself. Just a couple of phone calls and emails, and we were approved and had a check to start in a few weeks.

The installation was equally smooth and professional. Our new siding and trim looks amazing. The attention to detail to ensure a quality job was there at every step. I couldn't be happier with how our house looks now.

Things were so great that we had Justin quote us replacement basement window. Those were finished up alongside the siding and the windows look fantastic as well!

Best experience Ever! Family owned and operated business functioning at the highest level of service delivery. Responsive and ever ready to deliver exactly what is promised contractually and beyond! Old school principles drive this operation based on delivering with honestly, straightforward and constant communication throughout the entire process. Within 5 days, my entire roof, trim, flashing, gutters and downspouts were expertly replaced inclusive of clean up. We contracted Cornerstone to replace our roof which was heavily damaged during a hailstorm. Asher, the contractor gave us detailed information of the entire process and expected results. The entire roof was replaced by Cornerstone do to wind damage. They worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to, which helped out a lot because my insurance company didn’t want to help me. The shingles were upgraded to architectural as well and I shouldn’t have to replace a roof for many, many years.

Cornerstone did a wonderful job guiding us through the roof replacement process. We are very pleased with our results in transitioning from a cedar shake roof. The team's work exceeded our expectations for timeliness. We expected a multiple day project to remove and replace our roof. Cornerstone's team completed the work in a day.

Cornerstone worked on our rental property. They examined our roof after it took multiple beatings from storms. After recording some tree impact damage to our gutters and siding and finding hail and wind damage, Cornerstone worked with us submit our insurance claims and then came for the inspection by the insurance representative. Cornerstone was instrumental providing information to the insurance company and identifying issues with the insurance company's own damage estimate. The insurance company's offer was woefully low and incorrect. If we didn't have Cornerstone's expertise working with us, we would not have received the appropriate compensation. This was the second time they protected our interests. The insurance company eventually agreed with Cornerstone's accurate assessments. Cornerstone's teams replaced our roof, siding, a sliding glass door, and replaced damaged gutters. Their teams were very deliberate in their process to insure a quality installation. they even came on Saturday to complete the job. They freely assessed our windows and told us they were a solid brand and in good condition (don't feel pressure to replace them). We are very happy with the overall results. They are batting a thousand with us.

Cornerstone's teams replaced our roof, installed new skylights, plastered and painted water damaged drywall, and replaced gutter systems which were under duress and not keeping up with the flow. If anything went wrong at our site, Cornerstone quickly worked to address it and coordinate with us. We are very happy with the work and the teams responsiveness and efficiency. If we need a contractor again, they will be high on our list.

Cornerstone did a top-notch job for us and many others in our neighborhood. They are experts in wind and hail damage to roofs and siding. If they determine damage occurred, it is nearly a certainty that the insurance adjuster will agree. He pointed out a number of concerns that required attention but did not try to push me to do an unnecessary replacement. We experienced leaks stemming from multiple storms and damage on the roof. Justin and his team at Cornerstone were extremely responsive and came right out to analyze the extent of the damage. After submitting to our insurance company, we trusted Cornerstone to rebuild the cedar roof along with replacement gutters and soffits for ventilation to bring things up to code. Their roofing team run by Edgar was fantastic and got the job done expeditiously even during cold weather. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you need roofing work done!
