I cannot say enough about the customer service form this company. Lori and Brittany are responsive and provide excellent customer service. They return calls and emails right away too. The work requested was done fast and done well. I will recommend this company to anyone who asks about roofing and solar or has those needs. Very impressive and trustworthy.

This is one of the best contractors I have used in Las Vegas. The estimator arrived in a timely fashion, showed me pictures of the damage needing repair, and had an estimate by end of same day.

I sent great pictures of what specific items were needed to be done. Yet it took a whole week for them to come look at it before they could give an estimate. That was around noon yesterday. I have received nothing from them as of the end of the work day today. Very disappointing.

The Forman on site Joel Piedra is very professional and went over the process step by step. Their safety is on point and they mean business. I am very impressed by this company.

I recently moved here from CA to a house that I didn't know needed a replacement of the underlayment. This requires what's called a full lift and reset of the roof. I looked online for roofers to do the work, and found two, but they were weeks away from being able to give me quotes. I asked on a couple of local forums I am part of for recommendations, and only received the one for Cooper Roofing. I asked for, and received a quote within a couple of weeks, then made my decision based on meet and greet, price, and the fact that I had gotten a recommendation for Cooper. The work started and finished within the proposed timeline of 5 days, and only went over a few hundred dollars due to needing to purchase plywood to replace rotted areas of my roof which was previously agreed upon. Cooper sent friendly, and professional employees to do the roofing install, and it wasn't uncommon to be greeted on the way to work, and coming home after work.
