Timely estimate, delivery of service and attention to detail. Tough to put a roof on during December rains, was a minor issue midway through the project, but the team was responsive after hours on a friday and took care of us. I would recommend them to anyone.

We needed to replace a 25 year old roof, gutters and a patio cover. We got 3 bids and Cooper Mountain Roofing was not only the most competitive, it was the only bid that included all of the additional venting that we needed. Casey did the estimate and was very thorough with his inspection and also explained everything to me, especially the need for extra venting, in a way that I could understand. He is also the only estimator that went into the attic to inspect the house vents.

Carlos scheduled the material delivery and the crew and communicated vey well to get the project started. Jorge and his crew (a total of 6 people) showed up to start the project and once they got started, it was like watching a symphony......they all know their jobs so well, it was amazing. They worked tirelessly and efficiently. They were a "well oiled machine". Their work ethic was something that you don't often see anymore. They worked together so well, and left the place cleaned up after each day. In addition to their speed, their installation process was very precise as well.

Once the roof was done, Ismael, was able to install the gutters, by himself, in less than a day. He was very impressive with his technical expertise. The highlight was seeing him carry a 42' long gutter, for the back of the house, up a ladder, over the roof and then back down a ladder at the back of the house. It was impressive. After the gutter installation, Matthew (the owner) came by to inspect the work. He did a very thorough inspection and commented that the work done by Jorge and his crew was perfect....with the exception that they forgot to caulk three screws. He also said that their installation of the O"Hagin vents was done exactly as instructed.

When the gutters were done, Kevin started the patio cover project. The goal was to end up with a similar cover that we had before. What we ended up with was an incredible design and build that is much sturdier and more beautiful than what we started with. Kevin's attention to detail was paramount in the process and, because the project design morphed a little bit during the process, Kevin was always able to make everything work. Once the main part of the design/build was done by Kevin, Juan was extremely helpful in bringing the project to fruition. He is another hard worker and very knowledgeable with construction practices. The end product is more attractive and sturdier than the original. Every one of the company employees were very professional and respectful.

All in all, this project was done very professionally and I highly recommend this company.

I hired Cooper Mountain Roofing to re-roof my 25 year old roof. They did an absolute outstanding job from beginning to end. Casey came out to initially inspect the roof and we went over what was needed and what I wanted to see with my new roof.
All along the way, Carlos gave me updates along the way as to when supplies would be delivered to how the project was going along through out the install.
The Workers were great, they made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and everything was put away until the next day.
The follow up from beginning to end was the best that I could ever expect.

Cooper Mountain Roofing (no relation) and the Reliance Roof Pro team did an amazing job in February/March reroofing a complex four-story roof with detailed architectural elements, and we are so thrilled. They worked so hard, got the job done right, were super conscientious and great to work with, kept things clean, communicated well, maintained solid quality control, and the roof has done great even in high winds and strong rains. Highly recommend!

Cooper Mountain Roofing did a great job replacing our home & detached garage roofs at a fair, competitive price. They thoroughly removed & replaced all rotted wood in the old roof, eaves & fascia and also corrected a ventilation issue for a section of our roof that had no prior ventilation. Four skylights were also replaced including 2 that required custom framing as they were previously installed in a non-standard fashion. The crew was professional, cleaned up well each day and ensured we were protected from rain at all times. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Customer representative met with me the next day after I called, and repair was complete on the day after. Process was reasonably simple and staff members were responsive and friendly.

Estimator Casey did an excellent job, going up on the roof and doing a hands on inspection of the storm damage to our shingles. He was both friendly and professional and made sure I understood my repair options. (This is in contrast to another company's inspector who estimated the job from the ground and therefore missed issues that Casey caught).

They were willing to work with us transferring from one roofing project that fell through and worked quickly to get our roof on ASAP while our financing was still in process. Our roof looks great! Their roofers arrived on time, work was efficient and our driveway and landscaping were clean and protected while they worked. They even got a generator and kept on working during a power outage in our area. They are a highly professional team of roofers and managers. I highly recommend their company.

Had a great experience with the Cooper Mountain team (now merged with Reliance Roof Pros). Pre-sale inspector was thorough and took time to answer all my questions. The estimate included clear decisions that impacted the solution/ cost (eg, level of shingle, etc). The crew was friendly and efficient, and the new roof looks great. The post-install inspection uncovered a few missing pieces (eg, additional vent from attic to outside), which the crew fixed in a few hours. Overall a great experience.

Cooper Mountain did a great job for me. After I filled out their web form, Casey Coloma came out and inspected my roof. He took photos of problem areas, explained everything clearly, and soon had a comprehensive estimate ready for me.

We scheduled the job, and the materials and a large dumpster were delivered. The polite and hard-working crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They finished the job in three days, then came back the next morning to clean everything up, including the gutters.

Casey returned in a couple days for a final inspection and as he ran through his checklist, he noticed the guys missed some minor bathroom venting work. He got a new team out quickly, and they fixed the problem in a couple of hours. After they finished, Casey returned again, even going back up into my hot attic, to ensure that everything was done correctly.

Casey was my primary contact with the company, and I'll give him a special callout here. In every interaction, he acted with integrity, always being honest, patient and open with me. He never tried any upsell, and it was obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his work, and the work the company does.

Cooper Mt completed an entire roof replacement for me. They worked extremely hard in very hot temperature and the end product was of excellent quality for a reasonable price. They even solved two other problems for me of dry rot and squirrels in the attic. They were friendly helpful and professional. Casey also repaired my Mom's roof. He did an excellent thorough job and was very patient and kind to my Mother. She was happy with the price and the excellent service. I highly recommend Cooper Mt. for any of your roofing needs and have given their name to several friends needing a new roof.

We got three bids, or at least tried to get three bids. One company never bothered to show up. Cooper Mountain was the lowest of the two bids we got. They did the work in February so I was nervous about rain and leaks, but no problems at all there. They told me up front that the finish date would be flexible because they had to work around the weather. They actually finished sooner than I expected.

It’s been two months since completion and no problems with leaks and we’ve had some heavy rain during that time. I’ve done spring cleaning of the yard and very little debris in the yard. A few small pieces of roofing and staples. I would absolutely use them again, though at my age the roof should out live me

We had three bids for re-roofing our home. Cooper Mountain Roofing was not the cheapest, but we decided to hire them for three reasons:

1. They found several problems to address not found by the other two companies--examples: found our bathroom vents did not have holes in the roof and we need to have chimney mason point tuck and seal around the chimney, as concrete cap is falling apart.
2. They offered a better warranty than the other companies.
3. Their quote was personalized--not a cookie-cutter proposal.

Owner Pat Woods was professional, knowledgeable and friendly--patiently answered all our questions. Project was completed in 3 days--as they had estimated. Overall, we had a great experience using this roofing company.
