Customer feedback for Cook's Siding & Windows is overwhelmingly positive, highlighting their exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and effective communication. Many reviewers praised the team's professionalism and responsiveness, noting that they were always available to address questions and concerns. The installation crews were commended for being thorough and respectful of customers' properties. However, there was a notable exception regarding a lack of communication about project timelines in one case, which detracted from the overall experience for that customer. We had such a great experience with Cook’s Siding & Windows! Cory was an incredible salesman—friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We got multiple quotes from other companies, but Cook’s gave us one of the best offers by far.
The crew that installed our new windows and sliding glass door was fantastic. They were professional, respectful of our space, and did a thorough job cleaning up both inside and outside the house. They checked in with us before arriving, explained everything clearly during the process, and made sure we were happy before they left.
We absolutely love our new windows and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be using Cook’s again when it’s time to update the siding on our home! Highly recommend!

I had an issue with my siding after a big wind storm and Cook immediately got out there and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anybody. Great company

I contacted Cook Siding and Windows in attempt to have siding and gutters put on my house. I had already purchased most materials to do the siding so they informed me they wouldn’t be able to do the siding but put me in contact with another man who could and said to call them back when the siding was done and they would do the gutters, no problem. I signed a contract through email early May to have gutters put on after the siding was finished. I was never given a date or even an estimated time that the gutters would be worked on. People just showed up one morning two weeks later and started touching things. No phone call, no knock at the door. They finished within a few hours and left without saying a word. I immediately went outside to check things out. It all looked great aside from the downspout on the front porch. The downspout was put at the highest part of the porch. I don’t know what every one else has learned in their life time… but from my experience.. water does not travel up hill. I emailed the person I had been in contact with two days later (after it had rained so I could show the water wasn’t making it to the downspout) to inform them it was not correct and the downspout needed to be put elsewhere because my seamless gutters were leaking out the corner and holding water. He said they would be out to fix it. I asked when. I never received an email back from this person to this date. I called the main office after a few days and they put in a service request. I waited a few weeks and never heard anything and no one ever came. I called again, this woman said that she didn’t see where a service request had been made (I made this request TWICE). She put it in and said someone would call me by the following Monday. No one ever did. I called again a week later. This woman didn’t inform me whether my previous request was submitted but was smart with me and stated “they don’t work when it storms” and laughed at me when all I really wanted to know was if my request had actually been made and an estimated timeframe. At this time, I had been waiting just about a month for this to be fixed or to even be given an estimated time. On 7/1. Two men showed up and put another downspout on the opposite corner of the one I said was leaking water. These guys again, showed up and started working on things without knocking or notifying anyone they were here. By the time I realized they were outside, they had already made the hole to put the downspout on the wrong side of the porch. I said it was the other corner that was leaking and even showed where the water sitting in the gutter had started to bend it and he said “this should fix the problem”. They again left without saying they were done or anything. It rained an hour later, the problem was absolutely not resolved. I called the main office, the man that answered knew who I was without me even telling him my name and said they would be back to look at it because they were still in the area. They did come back but I was on my way out and had no time to wait. It did rain shortly after so I’m assuming they had to stop working due to the rain. Some guys showed up again the following Monday and put another downspout on the corner that was holding all the water. The third downspout actually has water coming out of it so it is helping but the water is still sitting in the corner due to not being angled correctly. The gutter still leaks on the corner. A very irritating process.

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.

Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
