This is our second job with Southwest Builders and that should say a lot all on its own. They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, cleaned up like they weren't even there and most important the quality of the work is topnotch! All in all a great experience and I would highly recommend them.
SW Builders remodeled by home, new flooring, painted kitchen and bathroom cabinets, backsplash, quartz counter tops, plumbing, and stacked stone around the fireplace for accent wall. Mike's demolition/finishing team was great, The first day they worked till after 6 pm to complete the job.
i cannot say enough about Jenn and Mike. I was provided a schedule several weeks ahead of time as to when each segement of the project was scheduled. And...we stayed on time throughout the remodel. The contractors always showed up and they were always on time & worked the entire day. Cannot say enough about the contractors. They were knowledgeable, expereienced and skilled. Not only that, but they made sure to protect everything and cleaned up after themselves.
SW Builders are different from most contractors. In the beginning Mike looked at the samples I had selected and made suggestions on how to bring the vision together. He even went to stone suppliers and brought samples for me to select. Mike uses only the most qualified subcontractors. Not only that, but Mike stopped by regularly to check on the progress.
SW estimated the job would be done in about three weeks. The job was completed in 22 days. My friends, family and neighbors couldn't believe it when I told them - "remodeling was complete".
