Mike and Jenn were great to work with. A refreshing contrast to other contractors. We had them renovate our small bathroom. We are very happy with the workmanship in our final product. Mostly I want to thank them for the exemplary communication they provided to us at every step of the way. We had a minor hiccup that was addressed immediately and resolved. We look forward to working with them again in July.

We had an amazing experience working with Mike and Jenn from Southwest Builders on our basement renovation! They transformed our unfinished space into a beautiful, functional living area that includes a new bathroom, bedroom, living room, and even an exercise room.

One of the standout features was their ability to remove a structural post and install a beam, which completely opened up the space and made it feel so much bigger and brighter. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the project were top-notch.

Not only was the main team great to work with, but every subcontractor—from the flooring crew to the plumber, painters, and carpenters—was attentive, skilled, and just genuinely nice people to have around. They treated our home with respect and were always courteous and professional.

The entire process was smooth, communication was clear, and they really listened to our ideas to bring the space to life. Hired Southwest to rebuild my backyard deck, it took them a while to finish mostly due to weather but they did a great job and did some minor repairs to the connected part of the house as well. I'll be calling them in the future.

Mike and his team completed a remodel of my kitchen and I am so very happy! My kitchen was so outdated and when I got serious about finding someone, I located this company from the internet not knowing if things would work out. Everyone is responsive, answered all my questions any time I
was confused about something, respectful and always here at the times they said they would be. My kitchen is beautiful and I am so very happy I located this company. If I have any issues with anything in the future, Mike assured me he would not hesitate to correct it. Wonderful company!

My bathroom needed an update and Mike and his team did another fantastic job! I am so pleased with the new floor, new bath, vanity and sink and toliet. Again, always on time and very respectful. 10 out of 10 would recommend. My deck was on the verge of collapse and Mike was very thorough in his plan to fix the issues and make the deck safe again. His estimate was competitive and he also let me know of the things that, once they started work they might run into, and what might add to the estimate. Jaydon and his crew arrived on time and completed the project beyond my expectations in the estimated amount of time. This was the best experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish!

They diligently and tirelessly took the bathrooms to the studs and rebuilt them to meet our needs beautifully. From start to finish, Mike provided guidance and reassurance, walking us confidently through this job which was completely new to us. They also replaced steps that were pulling away from our outside porch. No project was too much for them. Mike had a plan for us each week and was respectful of the fact that my husband worked from home. Due to our home being a bit older, his crew took great care to properly fix issues that we could have never seen before deconstruction began. We did plenty of shopping and prices were very competitive. Each of his teams that came in were very clean, professional, even personable. They took out my old claw foot bathtub and replaced it with a 21st century bathtub, and they also built shelves next to it and put drywall on the ceiling and upper walls. They covered the floor before doing any drywall work and they were very neat and professional and they finished on time. The bathroom looks great now!

I have used Southwest Builders for garage roof repair, basement fixture removal and stair relocation and patio door repair. The work was quality and performed on time.

Mike and his crew basically rebuilt the back of our house due to years of water damage that went largely unnoticed, which they found while replacing some doors. Their kindness, honesty, punctuality and character will be the first thing you experience, followed by great quality work and going above and beyond in every way possible. I’ve recommended them several times since they completed work at our house and will not hesitate to keep doing so.

Over the course of about 6 months, Mike and his team completed an 9 room remodel of our home. Everything from complete smaller bedroom renovations (new hardwood floors, new crown and base molding, and new paint) to installation of new exterior French doors, to new concrete pad and OSB walls for a workshop, to complete master suite remodel (including combining 2 smaller bedrooms, new walk in closet, all new master bath). The two things we appreciated most was: 1. Mike's commitment that his team's work quality had to be good enough to be in his own home and 2. Mike's underlying motivation from initial quote to final punchlist was to keep us (his clients) happy.

It has been a pleasure working with the team at Southwest Builders. Though our project is not done yet, we can See the light.

Mike has been incredible with his attention to detail. He knows all aspects of the building project.

We are installing a bathroom in our basement and remodeling the master bath and bedroom. Hardwood floors going down in Master BR and Guest BdRm. The flooring Man is doing a great Job.

We have had plumbing, electrical work, drywall, tile and more.
The SW team is doing all the detail carpentry work and painting.

The most amazing thing to me is how Mike has been able to line up multiple contractors and get them to show up and complete the job in a very timely manner.
