Anthony and his crew at Clear Choice Exteriors did an excellent job at my home. They are professional and courteous. The price was also reasonable.

I had gutter damage due to a fallen tree branch. Clear Choice Exteriors came out promptly to give a quote. Due to rain over the last couple weeks, my appointment was pushed back, but that was all communicated and wasn't an issue. They replaced the entire gutter and repaired the siding that had come off. Excellent work and very fair price, would recommend.

Clear Choice has done work for us on several projects. Working with them has been great. We manage a community with 48 Townhomes, 42 single family homes, pool, tennis court, basketball court, a Clubhouse, a beach, 11 Common docks with 67 boat slips. We work with every type of contractor that you can imagine. Around the lake, that can be frustrating. Anthony from Clear Choice is one of the most knowledgeable people we have worked with. He communicates well, is on time, is clear (and fair) with estimates and the timing of the work. You will have no doubts in working with this company after spending just 5 minutes with him to discuss a project. He was great to work with, we highly recommend him, his company and our community will be doing more business with them in the future. Just give them a chance, you will not regret it.

We are almost finished renovating a 100+-year-old farmhouse, and Anthony and his team at Clear Choice Exteriors have been instrumental in reaching this point. Clear Choice Exteriors resided our whole house, installed all new soffits/facia, and new gutters. Throughout the process, Anthony made sure we understood what to expect (including clear timelines) and answered all of our questions. When we did encounter a small hiccup, Anthony quickly responded with options that were fair and honest to keep things moving forward. The work was done well and looks great. We hope to give Anthony a call soon for more exterior work when we build a small addition.

I strongly recommend Clear Choice Exteriors. The work we needed done was fairly small siding repair but Anthony responded quickly to give an estimate. The work was completed on time and the cost was exactly as quoted

I called Anthony to come to my house and provide me with an estimate to do a repair on a small section of guttering. He failed to show the first time he stated he would be there. He then said he would be there at 100pm the next day. At 330pm I texted and he apologized stating he got busy on a job. Anthony said he'd stop by at 530pm which he did.
While I was speaking with him he said the fee is $6/ foot of guttering needing repair and he measured 21 feet. He stated it would be no more than $200 and he would send me the quote via email.
When I received the quote it was $220 and he was charging me $10/foot. When I questioned him about it and the fact that he advised me it would be no more than $200 this is the response I received:

"Normally yes but my guys wanted a little bit extra cause it's a small job gots to be worth their time as well"

Very poor business practices and not ethical as well. I would beware of this company if I were you.

During the winter, a piece of siding had blown off. Clear Choice was working in a house next door and I asked if they could replace the piece for me. They said “sure,” and wouldn’t let me pay them anything! Great

I am beyond thrilled with Clear Choice Exteriors. Last year, my husband and I discovered that our "new" roof was actually just new shingles thrown over old shingles. Clear Choice Exteriors was not the first company that we requested a quote from but they were the last. The owner was friendly, easy to work with, and quoted us a reasonable price.
We still needed a couple of months to save up funds, but when we were ready, he honored our quote and ordered shingles. Once started, our roof was replaced within 24 hours, including sealing the skylights and replacing a lot of rotten plywood.

The crew and the owner very professional. On task got new gutters they came out got it done Actually at work. Also has some roof work done the worker showed me each step of the way how what needed done got it done loved it. I also liked how honest the owner was. Anthony of Clear Choice Exteriors listened to our requests for siding and gutters for our property that had been built in the 1920's. The interior had been completely redone, but the exterior still looked like the 1920's. We are completely satisfied with the results and reasonable cost.

Spoke with Anthony from Clear Choice Exteriors. At that time he seemed very nice, and professional. After speaking we set up an appoint for a few days out, and he was going to come by look at my problem, let me know if he could fix it, and give me an estimate. He NEVER showed up, and never bothered to call to let me know he wasn't coming. When I called it went to voice mail, and I ask if he was still going to come by, but was running late, or if he wasn't interested to please call me and let me know. He did not call. Called again today. It also went straight to voice mail. I informed him that it thought it was very unprofessional to not show up for an appointment, and then ghost me. If this is how someone runs their business you are better off getting someone who honors their commitments and keeps their word.

From contact to finish a wonderful experience. Anthony the owner of Clear Choice Exteriors inspected the area of the leak around the chimney, took photos to show what he discovered. He explained the repair he would make in detail, he emailed a description of the work he would preform and material he would use a long with the price to complete the work. He also gave me the day and time he would show up to preform the work. He showed up on time and completed the work in timely manner and removed all waste material. He showed me photographs of how he made the repair and the material he used.

Anthony was very top quality, he came out and showed us after taking off the old She knows how we had rotted boards by the chimney we had rotted boards across the front and back of our house, We chose the metal roof for a number of reasons but it was a top notch professional job well done Anthony had a very professional crew that worked with him and they stayed on site on site until the job was completed, I would recommend him any day to do a replacement of any type of roof

We came home to find water leaking from our ceiling in our bedroom. It was a lot of water, as it was storming pretty heavily for a good amount of time. We had to get it fixed immediately before the water had done more damage than it already gad, do we looked for a roofing company that was open on a Saturday. We called Clear Choice Exteriors and Anthony answered the phone right away. We told him what was happening and he came to our home within 30 minutes. He was upfront and honest about what was causing the leak and took the time to explain how he was going to fix it. He did not try to up sell us anything that wasn't needed and was very transparent about cost and what needed to be done in the future to help prevent this from occurring. We will be using Anthony again to not only finish this job, but for any other roofing needs we have in the future. We would highly recommend this company.

Anthony was extremely prompt at responding and coming out to look at my roof. He gave me a very reasonable quote and showed up exactly when he said he would to repair it. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable honest roofer.

The siding on the attic part of my house came off after a windy day. I contacted Anthony and he promptly scheduled a visit for an estimate. He sent me a text message briefly explaining the job and materials required and the estimated price, then he sent me a formal quote on quickbooks. After accepting it he scheduled the visit to perform the repairs and everything was fixed within 2 hours. I was told that there was going to be a color difference because the color on the old siding had faded due the sun but honestly you really have to pay attention to find the differences between the old and new siding, Anthony did a great job matching the colors.

This is the first "major" repair I have done to my house and I am happy I found this company, the price is fair, the communication is very professional and the quality of the job is great. Totally recommended.
