They dodged the rain and got it done! From start to finish, communication was timely. Took care of my clients well and had very fair pricing. Will definitely be calling them again!

The Convert Roofing workers (4) were friendly, worked hard and fast. They were careful to catch debris from the old roof shingles with a large tarp. The only mishap was some flowers that didn't survive under the hot tarp. They cleaned up after themselves pretty good and the roof looks good.

installation looks good, overpriced IMO but installation was part of solar panels installation with another company. When I asked to add an extra vent for the bathroom fan, they wanted 500 more for the installation. this takes 20 min to install. I said no way ill do it myself after roof is installed

Couldn't say more positive things about Convert!!! I'm a long-distance rental property owner - a routine HVAC service tech sent pictures of my damaged roof - needed something done pronto. Called, emailed, and submitted estimate requests to half a dozen Va Bch companies. Convert's quote came in 30% below the "reputable" first quote (who also said I'd have to wait 6-8 weeks to get the work done). Convert got the job done within a couple of days. If I could give Convert Roofing six stars, I would—heck, I’d throw in a bonus star and a cookie! From start to finish, this was hands-down the most stress-free home improvement experience we’ve ever had (and we’ve done enough projects to know that’s saying something).

First shoutout goes to Carrie, who answered the phone like a pro and had us booked faster than you can say “shingle.” She was kind, helpful, and had all the answers before I even knew the questions.

Then came Ray—aka the Roofing Whisperer. He showed up on time, educated us without the pressure, broke everything down so it actually made sense, and helped us feel 100% confident in our decision. We got several quotes, and while Convert wasn’t the rock-bottom cheapest, they gave us exactly what we needed for the best overall value by far. Convert roofing was incredibly professional and easy to work with. We received multiple quotes and they were willing to work with us on price to get us to the number we needed. They had the new roof installed for us within 2 weeks of providing our quote and helped us submit the roofs 4 troops rebate as well. I would definitely recommend them!

After getting several quotes for both our house and my son's house to repair/replace both the roof and gutters we decided to go with Convert. Personally I believe they were the best choice of all the companies we talked to. Communication was spot on with them and punctuality was the same. They had both houses done, roofing and gutters, in 36hrs. Both houses have the GAF materials and the 50 year warranty. Are they the cheapest company in town? No, but as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I just want to thank Devin, Chuck and Doug for making this experience as painless as they could. If I'm around and when this house needs a new roof, which I seriously doubt, I will not hesitate to give Convert a call to do the work.

The Convert Roofing crew was friendly, professional, and hard working. They worked until daylight faded on the first day, came back promptly to finish up on the second day, and did a meticulous clean-up after they'd finished. Our roof looks great and we're happy to have contracted these folks to do it.

They did an excellent job for a new construction roof on my shop. They installed the sheathing on a steep 12/12 pitch and did a full GAF system. Only problem is now the shop roof looks better than my house!

Convert Roofing did a great job on our roof. This is my second time working with Convert (1st was Convert Solar). The addition of the Roofing business made it seamless to remove the Solar Panels, put up the new roof, and have the panels reinstalled. I gathered about 6x other quotes before choosing Convert; they were the highest value estimate collected. Ray, Devin, and Mike were great to work with. Ray was absolutely wonderful, knowgelable, concerned and through. I went back and forth between with his company and another, but I think I made the best choice. I had many companies to call and visit my property , but Ray stood out . He was the first to call and last to leave my house after several frantic calls from me. Amazing experience. Nolie is very professional and a very helpful person. He has been very supportive, responsive, available and helpful throughout my process of dealing with my HOA issue.
I expected resistance because of how this process came about at no fault of mine or his, but Nolie took on the case with tact and with the best customer service. He exceeded my expectations and I can’t praise him enough. He’s a valuable asset to your team. You don’t meet or work with people like him everyday especially when it comes to such situations.
