I would highly recommend Contract Services for any of your cleaning needs! I have utilized their cleaning services twice. On both occasions, their quality of work, exceeded my expectations! They were so thorough. My home smelled so clean and fresh! Because of the exceptional job they did, I received my entire security deposit back on my rental move out. It’s comforting to know I have a source to clean my home to my high standards. They will become a routine at my new home!

Had a terrible experience with this company. Paid over 900$ for them to come clean my newly updated home. Did not clean light fixtures, light switches, terrible job at cleaning window seals. Lots of gunk left. Did a good job cleaning hard water spots off windows. Everything else was left half finished. They came back out and was unable to explain what was missed as the workers could not understand me. Ended up still paying the 900$ bill. Would not recommend the housekeeping side of this company.
