Matt , is great at what he does , a real professional , he want to my insurance company to make sure that I received everything that I was suppose to get there was stuff that they left off he talked with them to add thing, the ruffing team came out and replace the ruff in one day and made sure that they cleaned up everything.

Prompt, reliable, responsive, and fantastic work. My satellite ripped off my roof in a storm and since I didn't notice it immediately, there was some water damage that occurred. They quoted me and were able to schedule me within a month, which was fantastic! They are honest and the only company I let up on my roof and I recommend them to everyone I know. I think this is a great company. Their sales rep Zee was able to work with my insurance company and got approval for my replacement roof.
I had for other companies that told me the insurance probably wouldn’t cover my roof, but Zee went the extra mile and gave the insurance company the information and pictures they requested and they approved a new roof. He was very informative and was quick to respond to my calls and text. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

Great service, fast work. They just left a few shingles on my lawn, so I couldn't give a full 5. Haven't found any nails, just 2 shingles and a metal bracket.

This is guy got the job done fast and the work was beautiful. If I could give 10 star s I would.

We used Continental for two of our properties that had hail damage. The first property they did not arrive until midday, and they were still on the roof at 8:30 p.m., even when it was storming and lightening. Their crew was working on triple digit heat. It has been a few months now and we still do not have a warranty in writing on the shingles or from them.
The second property was out of town. Our sales representative who is English speaking did not come onsite. The crew is entirely Hispanic and this caused a language barrier. The drip Edge was not sent on the initial delivery, this caused a two hour delay. Again the roofers were still hammering until close to 9 p.m.,

Just had a warranty issue and they took care of it entirely with a great attitude. I don't write a lot of reviews, but I'm impressed with thier warranty service after the fact. Great place to do business with.

This being my third roof replacement in my lifetime I cringed thinking about something this major and of cost. I chose Continental and can say it was the best home repair/improvement experience I have seen. Jorge, company rep, came to my home and we hammered out the details and expectations in 5 minutes. He was very professional and, most importantly, personable with a friendly attitude. I was further impressed with the quickness they got my roof on after that initial meet. The crew on site worked quickly but thoroughly. My roof looks great, the work is quality, and my perimeter was cleaner of debris after they left than when they arrived. 10/10 I would recommend from my recent experience.

Ultimately, I did not use Continental to replace my roof at this time, but Jorge was such a good representative of the company that I wanted to review my experience with him anyway.

About 10 years ago Continental Roofing replaced mine and several other family members roofs. All excellent work! But recent storm damage from a tree limb broke a couple of my shingles. Thank you so much Zee and Jason for coming out this morning and repairing it so quick and like new. Zee made the command decision not to charge me. Excellent way to treat your customers.

We had our roof replaced by Continental Roofing. Zee was the representative I dealt with and he was fantastic from beginning to end. He made the process very easy. Texting was our mode of communication which made it so easy. And, he stays with you through the whole process so he knows exactly what's going on and you don't have explain to anyone else at the company what you need. After the roof was replaced, if you walked around our house you would never know anything just happened. It was so clean! I definitely recommend Continental Roofing.

I love this company. Ever since Continental Roofing put a new roof on many years ago they have been willing to come inspect my roof for free and fix any little blemish or when the squirrels ate a whole in my roof they fixed it with no charge for labor just the materials. They have always taken care of me.

Very pleased with Continental roofing! Had our roof replaced in 2008 due to hail damage. Called about a small leak in 2020 and they sent someone immediately to take a look. Brandon Watkins was very professional and after inspecting advised that we had two shiners (nails that had worked their way out and were rusting). He pulled the rusted nails and caulked and didn't charge us anything! We'll definitely use them again when the time comes for a new roof.

Continental Roofing replaced our roof in 2011. We had one small issue within a few months, which they promptly fixed. Since then we haven't had any issues despite many heavy and wind blown rain storms over the years. They appear to have a strong focus on flashing and water-tightness. They actually called me recently (Jan 2020) to schedule a free inspection just to see if the roof was holding up properly. They confirmed the roof is still in great shape. I highly recommend Continental Roofing.

Roof replaced a few months ago by Continental did a nice looking job and cleanup was great. My roof continued to leak in the same place. Charged me 550 dollars to fix something that should have been taken care of while my roof was being replaced. I now have inside damage as a result. Very Disappointed. My concern is that they will not stand behind the workmanship. Prove me wrong

Continental was quick to come out when a tree feel on my house. Fortunately, there was only a dent in our gutter and no damage to the actual roof, which Continental had recently repaired. Great company!

I called 3 roofing companies. One never called back, the second flew over my house with a drone and told me I needed to replace the entire roof. Continental sent Zee to my home the next day and he actually went up on the roof to inspect. All I had to do was replace seals around the vents - the shingles are still good! I will definitely use Continental when the time comes to replace the entire roof.

Not sure about their work. They did say I definitely had enough hail damage to file a claim with my Insurance company and they would be at my house when the insurance adjuster came to inspect my roof just in case adjuster said I did
not have any damage. Guess what they were not here after I told them well in advance. Adjuster did not find anything to pay for a roof. These guys were not here to help after they said they would. Said they over slept... Thanks telling me I should file a claim and not helping with providing the evidence..

Continental Roofing are the best! They helped us identify the reasons for leaks in our roof and made sure the proper materials were used to fix it. We highly recommend them for their roofing work and professionalism.

Great team did complete 58 sq roofing in 2 days. Very pleased with Jorge and the team he had install the roof. They were very attentive to the job and did a wonderful job protecting plants around the house and did a thorough clean up .

Our sales rep Jorge was awesome to work with and I am glad that we chose Continental. I had in mind to use a previous company for our roof because we were pleased with them. However, when we had let this task of the repair fall by the waste side because of our busy schedule, Jorge was the only sales rep that followed up with us. He was consistent but not aggressive. Jorge was able to educate us and help us with some of the process of the insurance claim that had become challenging and frustrated. Jorge's knowledge and experience was super helpful. We highly recommend Continental based on our experience.

After getting the recommendations from my neighbors I called Continental Roofing after a storm damaged my roof. They were very prompt and accommodating to meet with my insurance adjuster the day after the claim was filed. Jose, the sales manager was quick to respond to emails and text messages and did a great job keeping me informed as the process progressed. They handled all the insurance paperwork and the roof was removed and replaced in a day. The crew was fast and efficient and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Jose was great at keeping touch for the after roof work also of replacing gutters and window screens. All in all I highly recommend Continental Roofing for your roofing needs.

I had a good experience replacing my roof with this company. Their estimate was fair and the workers finished in time. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the workers did not pickup their lunch trash and it blew away in our neighbor’s yards.

Tried having them fix my roof in the summer of '17. Quoted $1300 more than their competitor. In May of '18 I called again to have some touch up work done and they didn't keep their apt. When I called to see what the estimate was they quoted the original job. After, was told that they'd do the job for $350. I agreed and then they went and looked and said oh sorry we can only do it for $500. They refuse to go back to the original quote even after saying that's what it would cost.

Did an excellent job in completing the job in one day for my average sized house. They worked from Sun up till dark. The roof looks great, and they did a great cleanup getting all of those roofing nails which is a hassle. The continental estimater answered all my concerns.

My roof suffered some hail damage over the past few years, and a small leak finally motivated me to start the process of getting it replaced. I did my homework. I got three estimates from reputable roofing companies. All the estimates were fairly close in price. The one thing that stood out with Continental Roofing over the other two was the sales representative, Keith Lewis. Keith’s knowledge and professionalism was impressive. He explained everything in great detail – the damage to my roof, the types of roofing material, warranties, cost, etc. He also took the time to meet my insurance adjuster at my home to assist him with his inspection.

The crew that came out to do the repair was just as impressive. They were very efficient and good at their job. I needed some custom work on my sun-room skylight and they were able to easily handle that while the bulk of the team was working on the main roof. The new roof turned out awesome! I am very happy! I’ll also add that the team done a very good job cleaning up.

I highly recommend this company. At least ask them for an estimate if you’re considering a new roof and go with your gut feeling. My gut feeling proved to be correct.

At first they were great. They worked with my insurance and got my roof replaced. But it turns out they did not seal properly around edges and the leaks started rotting my eves within a few years. By the time I discovered what was happening, several areas of my eves were totally rotted from the inside. To make matters worse, I can not even get them to give me an estimate to pay them to fix their mess.

I would like post this review due to some recent statements that were posted inadvertently from another 3rd party internet private organization's conversations toward Continental Roofing. These inadvertent statements were taken off by Google at my request after learning of these statements. I sincerely regret what was posted and Continental Roofing is graciously agreed to affect repairs to the roofing system on my home. I am a previous customer customer and was very satisfied with the workmanship, quality of materials, followup customer service. So with that said, Thank You for working through this!!
