These folks did our roof as we closed on our home along with our neighbors. After review, we found that they did not do most of the work that they said that they did. After about 75K in repairs 5 years later, we are still working through the mess of them laying new laminate on old.

They came in the middle of the night and secured the roof & then came back the next morning to give me an estimate & they were able to start that afternoon. In 2018 we had a new $60,000 roof put on our house. We have had nothing but problems. Had a reputable roofing company come out and inspect, they said the roof was done incorrectly, a $10,000 fix! We went back to 911 as our roof is under warranty. We agreed to spend another $1000 for them to complete the work. Now they don’t respond. Tim Carroll, the CEO, should back his companies work and fix our roof!! We r left with a leaking flat roof, and a leak in the main house roof. These guys use hail damage as a way to get insurance to pay for new one, and then are no where to be found when you have an issue. BEWARE!
